Beautiful room, terrible service, terrible location
Pros:

Great room

Cons:

Front desk staff not well empowered, not helpful with any solutions. My luggage was lost , they didn’t even have a toothbrush for me. Location is in the middle of nowhere so no restaurant or any food, no shops to buy basic toiletries.

I paid extra for a bay view and got a view of the parking lot.

I arrived very early at 11:30am and they wouldn’t let me check in until 4pm. Since the hotel is in the middle of nowhere, I had no place to go and wait and had to wait in their lobby for 4.5 hours. They informed if I wanted to get the room before 4pm I had to pay an additional $50.

Excellent Extended Stay Hotel Near Biotech Businesses
Pros:

Perspective and expectations. It's a 3* extended stay hotel, not a 5* full service property.

The recent renovation is obvious. My room was immaculate, like brand new. The dishes and cutlery were a little random, but it's not like I'm planning dinner parties. The breakfast was basic but better than most similar properties I've been to. Every staff member I encountered has been friendly and helpful.

Only stays 7 nights or longer get housekeeping, but linens and other items can be requested. Other extended stay properties I've stayed at provided it every 3rd day. Not a big deal.

I booked and was assigned a bay view room, but it's on the ground floor. Not a fabulous view and I'm not comfortable leaving the windows open. It feels like a safe area, but never know. I would have preferred not to be on the ground floor, but it was all they had.

Tip: if you get a ground floor room, check to make sure all the windows are latched, top and bottom.

Decent but not worth the money
Pros:

Close to the city, oven in the room, views from the room were pretty

Cons:

Outdated, room was extremely far from any entrance, poor breakfast options, queen beds were more like full beds, had a party next door to us and when I finally complained at midnight it took the hotel three times before they kicked them out. Kitchen was not stocked with enough utensils or pots and pans to make a meal. Definitely not worth the price I paid. And the pool/jacuzzi was “out of service for the season”

Pros:

Große Zimmer, Frühstück vollkommen ausreichend, viele Parkplätze

Cons:

Pros:

Near the water. Clean. Spacious suites.

Cons:

Raul, the front desk person was rude and treated me poorly when compared to another couple. I was about to check in when a couple started talking to him about WiFi. Rather than Raul telling them to wait because I was next to be assisted, he spoke with them first. When he did check me in, he had me pay a $250 deposit which was not previously told to me. I had stayed at this hotel twice a year for the past 5 years and had paid at most $100 per visit. He said it was because they recently remodeled and I knew they hadn’t. He spoke to me like I was lying. He threatened multiple times to cancel my reservation that I had already paid for. He mumbled something derogatory under his breath in Tagalog, which is a language I speak. I told him I heard and understood him. He denied saying anything. The worst thing he said was, “I’m not profiling you”. Before that point I didn’t even think that he was discriminating against me in any way. Since we’re both Filipino, I started thinking maybe it was because I was a woman or he thought I was younger than my real age. I asked him if it was because an African American friend came in asking what was happening. He insisted he wasn’t profiling me. But why would he say it if he wasn’t?
I do like the hotel because it is a nice place with a normally nice staff. The 2 bedroom 2 bathroom suites are roomy and convenient for me, my daughter, and a couple of friends. Too bad I had that horrible incident.
