Overall everything was exceptional and will definitely come back again!
Pros:

The location was perfect and the staff were helpful and friendly as well as knowledgeable. Will definitely return again. Perfect location.

Cons:

I had my family, 4 of us and the 3rd bed in the living room pull out was very dirty and I didn’t get any sheets or pillows for it and when I asked reception, housekeeping was already closed so we didn’t have anything for it. The tub was dusty and dirty.

We drove from LA to SF to take my grandson to college (SFSU); the stay was GREAT!!
Pros:

I only took advantage of breakfast twice. The food was decent; no complaints. I like the quickness of service and the ease to get questions answered. The room was clean, but, when I made the reservation, I requested 2 beds - there was only one, but we didn't complain because it made our family time more enjoyable.

Cons:

Though the room was clean, it did have a couple of issues, they were minor and not worth mentioning.

We had a couple of issues relating to housekeeping.. on the bag where the extra pillow and blanket is.. there were s lot of hair in the blanket.. lo g and blonde hair .. we assumed they didn’t replace the blanket just folded and put it back.. forks in the drawers weren’t clean ..
when we were putting the sofa bed there was a bottle of water .. you can feel the smelling of the old pillows .. like sweet

The pictures on the brochure show that they have a fireplace and a places upgraded in a Dunst. Look that way when you get there

Nice place, decent breakfast, nice staff. Needs better housekeeping.
Pros:

I love that the property is secluded. Staff were both welcoming, and accommodating. Outside the property very clean.

Cons:

Housekeeping needs to do a better job cleaning the rooms, wipe down is very minimum. Windows dirty, hair in shower, cheese in fridge ect.
We booked two bay view rooms, which one you couldn’t even see the water because trees need to be cut! But overall, a nice property.
