This stay was a mixed bag. Although a Residence Inn by Marriott, it is an older two story hotel with dated interiors. The daily rate was reasonable; the king studio was roomy enough and the king bed was most comfortable, not too hard but not too soft either. There’ was plenty of drawer & closet space too! The TV swiveled to face the bedroom or living area. There was a small 2-burner stove along with a pot, fry pan, dishes, mugs, basic silverware & prep knives. My big complaint was that the garbage disposal did not work so food debris had collected in there. When the dishwasher ran, its waste water, along with these food scraps, came up into the sink. Also the disposal’s rubber flaps at the drain were yucky, indicating they had not been cleaned prior to our arrival. I reported this during our stay, which the manager noted and said would be fixed in short order. The front desk & laundry staff were very helpful at every encounter, especially when my husband got ill & I needed extra Kleenex and towels. We didn’t partake of the breakfast much, because we are plant-based & gluten-free. So it was great to have a little kitchen with fridge. One last comment; although there is a hotel phone in the room it does not work.
Our family was in tow for a wedding. We had excellent service from the staff.Ron is an excellent host and manager, a delightful person. Jerrett was very helpful is organizing the several rooms we reserved. I highly recommend for stay in the Boulder / Louisville area.
The hotel needs a deep clean. Other than the breakfast area and lobby, the carpets were soiled, there was dirt on the doors and ceilings. The phone and refrigerator were broken and not attended to when I asked. One staff member was apologetic, the other two were not at all.
Nice place for price
This franchise is skimping on quality, service. Stayed here many times….never again.
Management doesn’t support front desk employees. My confirmed reservation change was overturned when I arrived. Messed up my plans and cost me money. No one working at this franchise cared. They just wanted my money.
TV didn’t work because of poor internet signal. Kitchen let food run out at dining area……downhill!!
Great place to live stay, staff was very helpful and friendly. Nice selection of foods and snacks near the front desk.
It was a great value for the price. Definitely worth it. The breakfast can be improved since the location cannot. I had a good decent time. Would definitely stay again if needed.
OK that is all I have to say.
Very welcoming and excellent service. The manager was very helpful and personable. I’d love to stay at another Residence Inn in the future. A 6-star experience! Thanks.
Easy location, a quick 10 minute drive to downtown boulder, friendly staff,
Hard to find, no sign at entrance to parking lot went by it 2 times trying to locate, the basketball court and tree in front block sign so thought it was an apartment building
The was a great option for a few nights. Lovely location, lots close by, easy drive to Boulder and the mountains, quiet, clean, easy layout, and friendly staff. Perfect for our needs!
Clean. Spacious. Excellent breakfast!
Great crew of teamembers over there!
Love the comfy bed and spacious bathroom and black out curtains. And amazing AC . We love how its not on a main road , very quiet and peaceful
We had two rooms. One was ok… Hotel shows its age a little in the rooms. Lobby and public areas are great. The one room smelled so bad that it was not bearable. The sofa sleeper for the “suite” was not usable it smelled so bad. Upon informing hotel management they gave us a bottle of air freshener. That’s it… no offer to switch rooms, no I’m sorry… just a bottle of air freshener and a good luck. Rooms are tiny, less than 16 inches to navigate between the bed and dresser. Overall, if the room hadn’t stunk so bad like cat urine and Indian food and if the hotel had cared it wouldn’t be too bad. But as it was, I would never stay there again or recommend it. The LaQuinta next door is much nicer, cleaner and has a more attentive staff.
We liked everything and the free breakfast was very good...very friendly and helpful staff. We will stay there again if we ever return to Denver area.
Location.
Looked a little run down.
