Thanksgiving 2025
Pros:

It was an absolute pleasure to stay at the Residence Inn during the Thanksgiving holiday. From the manager Adam, to the service in the kitchen from David the cook, to the maid service, it was literally a home away from home.

nice stay
Pros:

location was great nice stay a little noisy until 11 pm love the room

Location, size of the place, allow pets. Breakfast and front desk staff were friendly.Location, quiet. Spacious.

Cons:

The room did not look as remodeled. The room floors were dirty and a sticky area in kitchenette, counters had crumbs, the door was visibly filthy from a possibly larger dog, the tub was dingy, dirty near the drain, the toilet was slow to drain when flushed. Maintenance did attend the toilet. The housekeeper was rude when we thought she was responding in the hallway to our maintenance call, when my husband asked her if she was coming over with the plunger. Made management aware of this. Response, concern was less than average.

Careful with the fees!!!
Pros:

I’ll give one star to this hotel. I am an ambassador elite and I travel quite often, and the very first time that I got asked that I need to pay a fee for an early check-in, which is a benefit of my loyalty with Marriott. So if you are planning to come to this hotel, take into consideration those extra charges and check your bill when you check out, as it seems they like to charge for more.
