My TV remote control didn't work that was all but other than that it was fine
The room was reasonably clean, and the housekeeping staff were very friendly and pleasant.
The customer service was extremely disappointing. After the hotel provided us with a phone number to change the reservation so my husband could check in first, my name was never properly added back. The next day, a rude front desk employee refused to help me access our room, treated me like I was lying, and showed no compassion. I spent nearly an hour trying to resolve the issue until another employee fixed it within minutes. My husband was also given a key to an occupied room, and some exterior doors would not close properly. The pool was dirty with trash floating in it, and the hot tub had algae and was not properly filled. Overall, the service, security, and cleanliness of the amenities were unacceptable.

I don't usually leave bad reviews, but in this case, it's impossible not to...
The bathroom floor would lift up every time you stepped on it... the bathroom light flickered like a disco, and the tub had more hair in it than a monkey... I had to shower like that, and the hair kept sticking to my feet and legs because the water wouldn't drain... and finally, when I went to hand in the key, the whole staff was chatting; they saw me, but no one came over for the 3 or 4 minutes I stood there waiting...
Terrible... the elevator was dirty... the hotel is disgusting.

Es wurde der Pool im Angebot hervorgehoben, aber er war geschlossen - das Wasser sah grünlich aus und die Umrandung war sehr baufällig. Auch der Aussenbereich war nicht sehr ansprechend
Didn’t get to stay at property no one there to check me in.
No one there to check us in, place was completely empty of any workers ended up staying at a hotel across the street
When I arrived there was no room for me but they were able to clean one and get it ready. I couldn’t get a key only the master key worked.

Roaches in the room everywhere. Pop on the light they run even behind the tv. We took pictures

The room door was difficult to open and close.
The room was awesome, had a kitchen, pull out couch, business desk a whole lot more than was expected for the price.
