Great experience staying at this residence Inn. I stayed for 5 weeks and Bennie the valet was a joy to be greeted by daily. His charming personality and jovial spirit is infectious. Charlene and Asia were phenomenal. I appreciate being greeted and just a casual hello when seen helps ease the loneliness of missing home. Thank you for such great service! Definitely will stay here again

I was told when I called that our rooms would be next to each other. When I checked in I was told they couldn’t accommodate because of type of suites we had. I was offered same rooms but on different floors. That was not going to work. Had no choice but to downgrade one of the rooms. We were placed in the Euclid tower at the very end. With 10 adults we had a lot to carry. It was very tedious to use the luggage rack and to grag it for half a mile and 2 elevators just to get to our room, not to mention we had stairs before our hallway that went to our room so we had to carry everything of the cart up the stairs to the room. It was an awful experience. Having to walk that distance every time we wanted to leave was insane. We were told our 2nd room was ready and they would be bring the keys to us in 5 min. Well, 45 min later and no keys. Called front desk and said they weren’t bringing them. Ended up having to talk to someone else and they eventually brought them. This was way past checking time. Breakfast was good minus the lady who was in charge of maintaining it. She was very rude. She kept making remarks about how people act when it came to making a mess, getting food, or eating too much. When I got bacon she stared at me and then shook her head. She put items away prior to 10:00. Several times were not restocked after 9:00. When you have a large group, this was a shame.

Currently on tour with the show playing at the theater and we stayed here for 3 weeks! This. was one of my favorite hotels and experiences thus far. Uriah the valet made it especially memorable. She is very professional, had great energy and was a true delight! 10/10

Well maintained property with an incredible staff that satisfied every request quickly. The free breakfast had lots of options and something for everyone. Incredible coffee additions also. We rented a king studio with a sleeper sofa for our adult daughter. It's about a 15 minute walk to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. We would definitely stay again. The only drawback is the valet parking for $50 per night.

I’ve stayed at residence inn all around the US and the Cleveland hotel is the cutest one I’ve ever been to. It feels like you are staying in a Victorian home. The rooms are extremely spacious. Very clean. The gym is small but to be expected at Marriot hotels. Great location for walking around downtown.

I am a Platinum Elite Member. Stayed here with my spouse for 3 nights in May 2026. Room was not ready until about 6 pm. No apologies from front desk staff. Was asst a smaller 1 bedroom corner room. Old and dated furniture, poor housekeeping. Staff not friendly or customer focused. Will definitely not recommend or stay in this Hotel again. Not worth the day rate
