The hotel was really nice, lots of cool old woodwork, staind glass, breakfast was good. Rooms were great! We had a room with a fireplace we loved it. We really loved that everything we were doing was in walking distance.
There was loud bass music that started early in the morning fr somewhere close outside. The carpet was damaged in our room. Valet parking was alittle expensive. We stayed one night and had two pay for two nights of parking.
The location was great. For where we had our date night at was very convenient to get to.
The room wasn't what I expected. There was things that was broken and the walk to the room was a bit far.
The price was okay, and the location was good. The hotel was okay except for a couple of things.
The cleanliness of the room: the tub was dirty, and the washcloths had stains on one of them. Not to mention, there was hair on one of the washcloths. The rim around the toilet was dirty. There was a brown spot on the wall inside the bathroom. There was a brown spot on the curtain. I don't know what the black and brown stains on my pillowcase are.
Breakfast was just okay

Our room was across from elevator. Lots of hooting and hollering all night. Not hotel fault, inconsiderate guests.

Check in was 4:00 didn't get my room till 5:40.Staff was great but being room wasn't ready it turned the whole evening into a rush, almost missed our concert.

This bathroom was in need of a fix over
Most of the hotel was updated and very beautiful. It was across the street from the rocket arena which is where our destination was for the evening. Staff was friendly. Free continental breakfast was also provided. Breakfast is the basic, powedered scrambled eggs, home fries, sausage, cereal, waffles etc. The room needs a bit of a freshening up, new carpeting and updated shower, but the fireplace in the suite was a great touch. There was a kitchenette with a full size refrigerator and a table and chairs. It was perfect for myself, my husband and our 17 month old, he had plenty of room to run around.
At check in, the staff offered to "upgrade" us to a single room. We had a suite with fireplace booked. Failing to see how this would have been an upgrade as it was a single, standard room, for the same price as the suite with fireplace. Lol...no thanks! Also, the only parking is $50 valet parking, unless you can find parking in a garage or street. With a 17 month old, we did the convenience of valet.
