Nothing
Most of the hotel was updated and very beautiful. It was across the street from the rocket arena which is where our destination was for the evening. Staff was friendly. Free continental breakfast was also provided. Breakfast is the basic, powedered scrambled eggs, home fries, sausage, cereal, waffles etc. The room needs a bit of a freshening up, new carpeting and updated shower, but the fireplace in the suite was a great touch. There was a kitchenette with a full size refrigerator and a table and chairs. It was perfect for myself, my husband and our 17 month old, he had plenty of room to run around.
At check in, the staff offered to "upgrade" us to a single room. We had a suite with fireplace booked. Failing to see how this would have been an upgrade as it was a single, standard room, for the same price as the suite with fireplace. Lol...no thanks! Also, the only parking is $50 valet parking, unless you can find parking in a garage or street. With a 17 month old, we did the convenience of valet.

Great selection for breakfast, very friendly staff. The room had a kitcehnette, which was really useful if you wanted to make your own meals. The room was very spacious.
My colleagues had some issues with the booking not being found when they got to the hotel, which caused some stress.

Sofa was sagging and very low to ground.
The staff were SUPER friendly, the vallet parking is kinda expensive but its great that i dont have to worry about parking my car or retrieving it, the room was very nice and clean.
Only complaint is the small bathroom but thats just personal preference

I didn’t like the view and I didn’t think the staff was prepared for all the guests there for the game. Breakfast was a disaster
Very simple and pleasant arrival experience. Valet does not greet you at the curbside, but they are pleasant after you approach them inside the lobby for a valet ticket.
Charlene at the front desk was very informative and welcoming, she also recommended a sales rep given that I was here on business to coordinate corporate business if needed in future. Veal in valet was also helpful with providing valet details and how to request my car when if I needed during my stay. Valet cost was $49 a night plus taxes and service fees and not able to be charged to the room.
Location was terrific, close to many food and entertainment options, right across from Rocket Arena and a short walk from Progressive Field down the street from Tower City and Jack casino.
Rooms were clean and in good condition as was the lobby and fitness center. Overall great experience.
