Good.
Needed more carts to take luggage back and forth from car to room.
Only had 2 and a tire was flat on one so it was unusable. The other was no where to be found and when leaving, I had to carry luggage, etc. and make 4 trips doing so.
Rugs in entrance area needed replacing (corners worn and could cause a fall.
Other than that, loved our stay there and the service and room were excellent!

Location was perfect for me while visiting my grandchildren at 3 different locations in a 10 mile radius.
Staff was very helpful , I needed a few pages of a real estate contract printed out and Andrea at the front desk went above and beyond to help get them printed there. Thank you, Andrea!
Carpet in room is old and does not lay smoothly on floor but I understand it is an older hotel and everything else was great, so really not an issue. I only care are about overall cleanliness and a comfortable bed!
Proximity and amenities
Charged not what was said in booking. Plus 70 dollars. Toilet doesn't flush well. It's very slow even just for pee.
The gentlemen at the front desk when we checked in was phenomenal!!!
The breakfast host was AMAZING he was VERY GOOD at his job. he made sure you were satisfied with your breakfast
the bed for us was a little too firm. But the comforter on the bed was amazing.

Great location, close to many restaurants and shopping. Also quite easy to get on local highways pretty quickly. Did not eat breakfast at all cause it’s your typical hotel breakfast with fake eggs. Rooms definitely show their age.
