I was charged a smoking fee when I don’t even smoke at all
I was only there for my grandmothers funeral The women at the front desk made a racist comment after I requested to stay another night she didn’t help ….i immediately changed my mind anyway took my daughter and grandson elsewhere
I was so shocked I was speechless
The room was musty.
The staff at Jacksonville Airport location was exceptional! This was our first time traveling with pets and the stay here made it so comfortable.

What i didnt like was the front desk person over charged me then lied like he didnt mean to never got a receipt like he said until check out time dont no how many people he has done it too but I caught it

Beautiful installation and layout in the room. Fireplace easy to use. bathtubs. Lots of towels. Kitchen area really appreciated. Welcome to the hotel and the very pleasant staff.
Full and varied breakfast, very pleasant
All the taps were leaking and we had water damage during the night. Presence of cockroaches. Dirt on the carpet. Cigarette smell in the room.
Just a pot and a pan for cooking. Apartment for 6 with 4 chairs.
Attention, the establishment keeps part of your deposit without saying why: obvious lack of communication and unpleasant complaint, while the stay was pleasant.
Overall the location was very nice, Lindsey (front desk agent) was very helpful along with the maintenance guy.
although the pool was closed for the season everything else is okay except for breakfast... Either they were running out of items or the food was cold. It was the front desk lady helping with breakfast (she wore glasses and had bushy hair) she had a very nasty attitude as if she didn't want to do it when asked for certain items she looked unconcerned.
I prefer Residence Inn over any hotel preferably. I love the full kitchen and if needed 2 room suites, laundry on site if needed.

The staff was super nice and friendly, told me all the information at check in and the room exceeded my expectations, overall a wonderful stay for a cheap price , definitely booking my next birthday there as well. Breakfast was actually amazing and filling and their outside was a nice area ,so definitely recommend staying here!
Hmmm, it was all very good, place was very quiet and hallways stretched on a while so a little liminal space like but nothing too bad. Also no hot tub but they did have a pool , unfortunately closed for the winter season but it looked nice

The staff at the front desk I don’t know the guys name black guy low cut he seems very depressed he over charged/taxed me on a deposit which was a first for me also kept my deposit with no reason or explanation or PROOF I am disappointed at how things were handled
Every thing was wonderful. Coffee pot and basket were missing. Morning coffee is very important in my world.
This hotel has roaches and is aware of it. Also the entry door is jammed and we have to pull hard to open it. A fire risk for sure!!
