I tried canceling my reservation in advance and this place was no help at all; them plus booking customer service was no help so I was assed out of $300! Never again

I was only there for my grandmothers funeral The women at the front desk made a racist comment after I requested to stay another night she didn’t help ….i immediately changed my mind anyway took my daughter and grandson elsewhere

What i didnt like was the front desk person over charged me then lied like he didnt mean to never got a receipt like he said until check out time dont no how many people he has done it too but I caught it
