Terrible hotel. No usual stocking of things. The lady at the front desk had to bring me number of items that weren't in the kitchen. No dish towels. No dishwasher soap. No hairdryer in either bedroom. Old used sponge by the kitchen sinkDishwasher didn't work even when the employee tried. Bedroom with king bed the bathroom sink filled up and didn't drain. Had to use tub to brush teeth. Floor sticky
No.pots and pans only had 2 forks.
The lady on the evening shift (4/13/26) said they will refund all of my points. Hopefully that will happen.
The hall had many doors that were pealing. This hotel should be closed down for major renovation.
This was our first and last stay there
Room 414 2 bedrooms
We was turned away when we arrived because their system was down and told us that they didn't know if we could get a refund
Very run down. You can tell the owner doesn't care about this place. Thank goodness we were only crashing for a few hours on our way through. Our room smelled of stale cigarettes. The door to 1 bathroom barely opened it was wrapped so bad. Kids drawings on the walls and bedding, satins in the carpet. Sticky floors, broken toilet paper holder, missing light covers... Etc. we found a previous tenant's garbage, very obvious on the floor. And no way of calling the front desk from the room. The staff at the front desk was helpful but said this is not his hotel, he actually works for hilton and was just helping out. Don't stay here it doesn't deserve the Marriott bonvoy name. I paid over $200 for my family to stay here and it was not worth my money.
We liked the 2 rooms along with a walk in shower. The beds were comfortable and clean. The continental breakfast was delicious and enjoyed. The pool was nice for the younger kids.
The glasses and plates in the cabinets were dirty along with what few pans there were to cook with. The shelves in the cabinets had sticky stuff on them. Above the TVs in the bedrooms were extremely dusty. Staff was irritated that we asked for more towels to shower with since the others were used at the pool.
Despite nice staff, the place needs a total overhaul. Room not ready for check in when should have been. Only one gal working all evening (not safe for her imo). TV is very old/ small and cut out every 5 seconds. Got a rollaway and had yellow stains. No hot water/ body soap was out and the whole place smells like weed.
The reservation was not accurate. The staff at check in had no clue what was going on. I was promised a refund but never got it
We’ve been staying exclusively at Residence Inns by Marriott for a few years, and this particular one is as good as all the others. We saw no issues like other reviewers describe. Our suite was clean and nice, all staff were friendly and helpful, and the location is great. We would stay here again.
I usually don’t have to worry about a Marriott hotel, so this was a first. Whoever cleaned our room was not thorough. As soon as we walked into our room there was a weird smell, like long leftover food. I found what looked like a cubed potato on the kitchen floor. Dishes in the dishwasher, and a dried, used sponge by the sink.
I had to scrub the shower head—it had pink mold around the nozzles. The bathroom fan had built up dust, and rust stains down the toilet base. One of the towels had hair in it. Another two had stains.
As if all of that wasn’t enough, when we were finally ready for bed, I pulled back the comforter and found more stains. It was already late so I just took it off completely and ended up using the fleece blanket in the closet meant for the sofa bed. The next morning I asked for a fresh comforter and more towels.
I should’ve left and found a different hotel but we were in town for a soccer showcase and everything was booked out.
Awful hotel. Awful managent.
plus Dirty & old.
Second night entire room was flooded from room above and clothes damaged. When addressed with front desk they refunded my room, told me they were out of rooms, & made no attempt to relocate us. Took me 2 hours to find another hotel for double the price finally getting there after midnight with a young child. mind you it was a another marriott so the front desk should have dealt with it. Never heard from manager in days following only assistant who gave me 5000 bonvoy points only.
Everything
Nothing
As other reviewers have noted, this Marriott property is DISGUSTING!! It is dirty, dingy and in disrepair from the moment you walk in the place. It is in serious need of remodeling and at the least, a deep cleaning. When we entered our room it was clear that the room had not been vacuumed in some time. Dust and debris was everywhere including the carpet and tile floors. Shower was dingy (soap scum build up) with mold and stray leftover hairs. The topper was the toe nail clippings on the carpet in the hallway. We were so disgusted, we checked out within a couple of hours. Do yourself a favor and avoid it altogether.
Linda at the front desk was very polite and noted we would not be charged. Due to an unfortunate conditioner spill in our suitcase, we left it in the room by the garbage can. I informed her of the suitcase being left in the room. She didn’t say “Please remove that or we will need to charge you for a night.” I even said charge me a $50 removal fee. So I got charged a night. Polite and wanted to do the right thing, but not upfront. I’ve called several times to speak with Cody the property manager, but he is never there.
I don’t often leave reviews, even for poor customer service or poor conditions like this, but my experience at this property was abysmal, even if it was for 1-2 hours. I am a Marriott Gold Member with many nights at Marriott properties and have never had such an experience.
Close to the highway
Everything f was fine
The check in process was terrible; was in line behind 8 others checking in and only 1 clerk. The night clerk was not nice! It was 8pm and the rooms were not clean yet and the housekeeper was rude. The room we rented was amazing but the kitchen floor was gross and sticky. Breakfast was decent. One of our toilets was clogged and we were given a plunger to plunge it ourselves; just not a great experience overall.
