The breakfast was fantastic. The location was so convenient to get to and next to some great restaurants.
The sofa bed was not that comfortable, but that is to be expected.
Don’t come to this hotel . It’s and older dirty faculty that hasn’t been kept up, the parking experience is terrible and the weight room is weak.
The room was well furnished & perfect for what we needed.
Clean, good breakfast. Comfortable rooms for a 3 star. Cbs, fast food, aldi right next door.
I chose this only for its outdoor pool but was not mentioned that it was closed after labor day (I arrived 1 day after). Apparently they dont allow without a life guard but they can put a sign and say swim at your own risk. It is still hot. So i stayed here for no reason.
Staff was excellent, girl who typically worked overnight was a big help.

It was a nice area, pretty secluded
Disliked the fact we had to pay for parking. I also expected that when we bring pets and pay $150 per. That the rooms wouldn’t smell like dog pee and that the $150 would be enough to get a decent smelling room.
Just about everything
Landscaping crew was weed eating outside our windows at 730 am. We had just got in late and didn't like that.

Did not have the room I booked and charged me for the room I was offered as a complimentary room.
Although the staff are friendly, it does not make up for the poor quality of the rooms and lack of cleanliness. The room was dirty, with hair and dust all over. The overall state of the room was terrible (photos enclosed), with furniture that had most likely been chewed up by a previous dog staying in the room. There were stains on the carpet and furniture. There was also mildew on the door frame. The AC did not work well during our entire stay - it was muggy and stuffy in the room (during a record heat wave in the area). The final straw came when people entered our room (without our knowledge or consent) to look at the AC and threw our belongings around the room. The assistant manager did call to apologize and indicate it was a third party contractor, so that touch was appreciated - I felt they did care and they offered to move us and comped a night of stay. I appreciated their response and customer service. I do feel the property leaves a lot to be desired and is not up to Marriott standards. We’ve stayed at the Residence Inn Fairfax and that property is far superior, with free parking. A highlight of this one is that it is close to DC (good for work meetings) and Mosaic is lovely, with lots of restaurants and places for kids to run around. Overall, I would not choose this property again. I do not recommend it.
Staff is great and accommodating. Hotel could use a full cosmetic and interior renovation. Wifi is extremely spotty and does not work at all at times. Garage parking is a plus.
