One of the best stays I've experienced in all my travels.
Pros:

Breakfast was very good. In fact, it was one of the best breakfast's I have had at a hotel/motel in all the time I've stayed in either. The bacon was crisp and the eggs were tasty. The finger sausages were excellent as well. Everything was laid out neatly and easy to get to. Everything was either hot as it should have been or cold (orange juice/milk) as it should have been.

Cons:

I can't think of anything I didn't like. Service was excellent. Room was very comfortable and clean. Nothing bad at all about this hotel or the location.

Spend the night and get out.
Pros:

The location was easy to locate.
Plenty parking.

Cons:

This location needs some tlc
Upon entering my room, I immediately smelled the “wet carpet” smell. The carpet was and remained wet around the window area. Unfrayed in spots and needed to be repaired. This room could use a deep cleaning.

God placering men meget gammel og slidt.
Pros:

Fin beliggenhed med få minutters gang til indkøb og restaurant.
God seng

Cons:

Værelset lugtede gammelt og var slidt og med et meget støjende køleskab og ac unit.
Elevator meget slidt og ramponeret.
Der var askebægre og cigaretskod overalt på terrassen, som derfor lugtede fælt af røg.

Decent, but given a choice we would go elsewhere.
Pros:

The staff was super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good with a tasty main choice each day but always had scrambled eggs and a protein, plus bagels and English muffins, waffle maker, etc Except for the train, the location was quiet. Convenient to shopping and restaurants and Johnson Park which has a nice walking path. They allow pets.

Cons:

Property is in disrepair. Lots of dings and scrapes on the walls. Luggage carts all wonky. Gutter falling off outside near parked cars. Water stain on the ceiling in our room plus electrical outlets that didn’t work, lightbulbs blown, questionable stains on lampshades … just generally in need of a long overdue update and some TLC.

The facility was so substandard we decided not to stay there.
Pros:

The hotel itself is located in a very desirable area of Germantown. Which made it all the more disappointing once we saw the condition of the facility itself. This is the worst Marriott branded hotel I have ever seen.

Cons:

On arrival at the property, we could clearly see screens that were partially torn from windows. That was the first clue that this Marriott location might have some issues. On the way to our room, we saw dingy, dirty, hallways. Carpeting that was stained and filthy, and visibly damaged doors just to name a few. When the room door was opened, it reeked of a heavy smell of bleach. Upon further inspection, we observed what appeared to be black mold in the bathroom area amongst other issues. As for the room itself, though spacious, it was quite dated. To the credit of the front desk manager, she took our concerns seriously. There was no dismissive tone on her part whatsoever. She remained pleasant and professional. And offered any assistance to us that she could. In our opinion, this hotel does not live up to the standards of the Marriott brand. It needs to be immediately closed for renovation.
