Pros:

They don't serve breakfast but they have great coffee/tea/cocoa. I like that they don't automatically service your room. That keeps costs down. I can make my own bed. When I wanted fresh towels, I just asked and that's what I got. My kind of place. Quiet, clean, excellent friendly and capable staff. It's not a five star hotel but it was five stars for the price and comfort. Exactly what I was looking for. I will be back.

Pros:

It's a good location and we were on the lower level.

Cons:

There was no spread on the bed, no iron or ironing board. We had left and came back and saw the cleaning cart . So I thinking ok they coming to clean the room. So I waited for hour or more and no one came. When I looked out the door the cart was gone. Also I think the price went up because of spring break.

Wonderful!
Pros:

Clean, comfortable, cost effective room and amenities, lighting in room is good, the room, bed and bathroom are clean and comfortable, convenient & safe location, free spacious, parking. We checked in little after midnight as our flight was delayed, but still had a wonderful experience. I would stay here again.
