Comfortable beds and friendly staff
Rooms were very dirty
Easy to find
Parking lot light shining into the room, trash in the hallways, dirty toilet, fights going in neighboring rooms, electrical outlets were loose, key card had to be reactivated, poorly stocked breakfast with little to no food options.
Leaving
Homeless person unfortunately causing issues in front of the Inn. Everything smelled like musty smoke, nicotine. We booked another hotel because it was so bad at the Quality Inn. We didn’t stay and did not get a refund!!
The hotel was near the wedding venue. The ladies at the front desk were able to get us checked in early so we could be at the wedding that was at 3:00.
However, we did not stay the night. It seems as though families were living there. We could see garbage in room window and piled up boxes in the back next to the building. Our room looked old. The sliding doors were broke and very dirty. The toilet would not flush the paper down. I feel the reviews must have been old and were inaccurate. There was no patio!
There was no breakfast and no wifi. The rooms were a little worse for wear and the bed was extremely firm.
I never checked in
There was nobody there and the entrance was taped off
I drove up to the property to find police officers and a large group of people outside due to a safety concern. There were broken-down vehicles and drug addicts all over the property. There were kids toys all over the lawn from families that were living on the property. Music was blasting from vehicles. Very ghetto & unsafe. I walked into the lobby, around a police-taped off from entrance, and immediately asked to cancel my reservation. Of course, no refund..... Complete nightmare but would rather lose the money than have my vehicle broken into or get jumped. STAY AWAY!
Nothing
Everything 👎
The employees were chill. Very professional and still down to earth. Very welcoming. Will definitely go back.
The room was good
Around the hotel need to be more and organized breakfast was a bag of frozen sandwich water and granola bar the juice machine didn't work
Not sure if maintenance checks any of the rooms! A lot was broken n messed up! Couldn’t open sliding door to easily access my car; the curtains couldn’t move cause someone broke the pull handle; n heater/cooler was hard to get set comfortably; not to mention all the scraps n chips others have left. Other than that the room was clean and staff excellent! Needed help with the zipper on my dress for my son’s wedding and they were happy to help in and out of it since my other half couldn’t get time off! Decent for the little money I had to make the reservation! Would go again!
The second floor of this hotel is being used for a homeless shelter.Nothing to like at all.
The whole place was filthy. Transient people smoking Marijuana at the entrance. No TV remote.Toilet not flushing right.Tub not draining properly. The list goes on and on.So very bad.
went to check in ,had asked for room in front or back by turn around due to having a boat and they did not do it and would not change it,also looked like a homeless shelter, they cancelled my room
Upon arrival we were told there. Were no rooms and they procedured to try and send us elsewhere. We were tired from traveling and it was late. Insisted on a room Room had terrible odor very noisy and large police presence in AM
Bed was comfortable.
It was being used for people waiting for state aid housing. Trash everywhere, smelled like weed, etc. Breakfast was a paper bag with an apple, granola bar and frozen egg sandwich.
There seemed to be people living there like it was their home. Cat lying on a chair in the lobby. Bicycles along the front (blocking the entrance) and side of the hotel, people sitting outside the building (along the sides) outside our room sliding door nightly until about midnight. Trash scattered all through the parking lot. Sliding glass door was not working properly, handle was broken, no lock but had a bar to stop someone from sliding it open. Toilet was stained with brown stripes. Room didn't smell very good and the heater/air conditioner did also. I asked for a receipt but the girl at the counter didn't know what to do and the person that was supposed to be at the counter was outside attending to their child. I felt that we would have had a better stay at an AirBNB in someone's personal home. It would have been a lot cleaner. I wish I would have taken a picture.
