Great spot for a short stay.
Pros:

Choose the room due to the location. Had a delayed flight but was still able to check in with no issues. The room met the needs for the one night we stayed. location was easy to get to and find. Next to a grocery store and major freeways. Facilities were good.

Cons:

The mattress was a bit stiff but the blankets and pillows were nice. The faucet in the bathroom dripped but since we were tired we were still able to sleep.

I gave this score because I was extremely disappointed with the cleanliness and overall condition of the room. The room was filthy, and there was trash left behind by previous guests along the sides of the bed and underneath the TV stand/dresser. The bathroom was especially disgusting. I ended up having to purchase bleach and clean the bathroom myself before I felt comfortable using the toilet or taking a shower. The shower also made noises throughout the entire night, and the water pressure was terrible. I understand that hotel rooms experience normal wear and tear, but basic cleanliness and working plumbing should be expected. Unfortunately, neither of those expectations was met during my stay.
I was extremely disappointed that the room was left in such an unsanitary condition for a paying guest. Finding other people's trash around the furniture and having to personally disinfect the bathroom is completely unacceptable. I should not have to spend my own money on cleaning supplies or clean a hotel bathroom before I can comfortably use it. The constant noise from the shower throughout the night was also frustrating, especially with the lack of water pressure. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and addresses the housekeeping standards and maintenance issues. Guests deserve a clean, sanitary room with properly functioning facilities, and that was not what I received.

Cons:

I didn't like that pool wasn't available to swim in they were fixing and had it closed and we brought our bathing suits excited to swim during our stay and was disappointed to not be able to swim.

Don't waste your money. Not clean.

Nothing about the room was favorable. The room was dirty and there was soap scum and somebodys loofa under the chair (you can clearly see upon entering the room). The hall carpet looked like it wasnt vacuumed for weeks. And there was a stench.
