Motel 6-Billings, MT - North

The door had very poor sound isolation from the hallway -- conversations were quite noisy into the room.

No microwave, no refrigerator. I checked in- then immediately checked out. Screwed by Booking.com because I paid in advance. Immediately went to extended stay america a few miles away.

I normally don't eat breakfast, just a coffee ☕ but it was perfect👍 but our kids loved it 😋
With the experience our family had was absolutely amazing. Thank you so much!!

Horrible accommodations bugs in the rooms holes in the curtains stains on the sheets. Holes in the walll. Over all a horrible experience

Terrible place to stay. Hotel staff were not professional. Hallway to the room smelled of urine. The entrance smelled of pot. Beds were made but sheets were not cleaned. Evidence of bugs in one bed. Bath tub was so stained you couldn’t tell if it was clean. Floor boards were fake hard wood and pealing up. There were two broken windows on the east side of the building (not to this room 220)
Contacted the health department and corporate. No refund was given. We did not stay. I would rather sleep in a tent on the ground then stay there, so that’s what we did.

The front desk lady was pleasant, thats the good news. This dump is unmitigated squalor and shame. Broken windows, broken lock card boxes, random unconscious people. The bleach is losing the war on the filth inside the building and you can smell it. First room (pictured) reeked of urine, unflushed toilet and the obvious stains. Cordially asked to try another room.. black stains in the grate of the broken ac unit and all over mattress. I was trying to save a few bucks, just spend 10-20 more and go across the highway to the othe half dozen places. That hotel should be knocked down. I'm not picky fella but dont waste your money, time or health.

Minimalist room set up. Minimal towels. Pillows and mattresses are tired. A large spot of mystery on the bed spread. Also some mystery on the door handle. The pool is not filled with mystery or water at this time. Damage from birdshot has sprayed the wall through the curtain. No screen. Possibly because of birdshot damage. Open drug use in rooms viewable from open screen-less widow serving as a walk up dispensary. Could be your cup of tea, or your red flag, depending on your taste. All things considered, $75 a night is a bit high.

This hotel is by far the dirtiest and most horrid hotel. When we arrived the area felt a little sketchy, but we figured, it's just one night, we are driving through. We are tired, so whatever. But when we walked inside, inside was equally sketchy.

We ended up not even staying the night because we simply cannot stomach it. The original room they checked is into had stains on the bed. We asked for another room, in which we were given. It was worse. When we told the hotel staff, they just offered new sheets for us to change the beds ourselves? Really??

We didn't stay the night and left, hoping to find another hotel with available rooms.

This website (they won't allow me to name them) said they tried to help us get a refund. Not sure how hard they tried because we didn't get any after waiting for three days.

The pictures posted of this hotel on this website is also misleading.

When we checked into another hotel that night, we met another guest who had the same experience - the hotel was too gross and didn't stay the night.

Had to get my room switched cuz the TV wasn't working... The new room was horrible the door looked like someone used a crowbar to break into it at one time. The sheets had urine stains on them. The bathroom was filthy like like it was not washed in months. Around midnight someone was having a fight the front desk never answered when called. They were yelling and banging for 2 hours and a dog was barking. The main doors weren't secure in anyway the card readers were destroyed. Windows on the first floor were broken and the place looks run down

I was told they will be going through renovations. My room was not thoroughly clean. There was no refrigerator. The light, as you walk in the room,did not work. The towels were so thin, i felt like i was using tissue paper. They used a hand towel for my shower mat. All the employees I encountered were very friendly and helpful. I was given a second blanket without hesitation. The t.v. Worked.
