I paid for the PLUS service, didn’t notice any difference from other party who didn’t book the PLUS.

Pros:

The room was ok, but the bathroom no.

Cons:

The shower was straight from the floor and I didn’t have sandals, and I didn’t want to step on the floor. It was super uncomfortable to take a shower.

Rude front desk attendant, room was very dirty (cat hair all over), and the hallways smelled like cigarettes.

It wasn’t horrible but for 300$ it was a little pricey , beds were comfortable though.
Pros:

Beds were comfortable, place is a little run down and showers are not the greatest . It wasn’t a 300$ stay like I paid for (1 night). But staff was friendly

Hotel rooms just look run down.

Cons:

drunk people drinking in the front parking lot. Security and management didn't noticed it. I had to tell the manager about it and after that she sent security . It was unbelievable they didn't noticed that since it was happening at a short distance from the entrance to the lobby. We didn't feel secure.

Staff was great very friendly

Cons:

So dirty found a roach crawling around the room floors dirty we couldn't put our things away the drawers all had water damage
