Nothing place had infestation of roaches & would not do anything about it!
Roach infestation in rooms, poor customer service, and phone in the room did not work!
All' arrivo dall' Italia, dopo un giorno di viaggio alle ore 23.29 circa, l'addetta della reception mi ha fatto aspettare 30 minuti perché non trovava i dati del mio pagamento effettuato settimane prima su booking. È stata paziente ed ha risolto poi il problema assegnandomi una buona stanza, però resta il fatto che dopo il viaggio e la stanchezza accumulata anche lo stress di questa situazione non sapendo se potevo soggiornare o meno, con il timore che il mio pagamento poteva essere stato intercettato da canali poco sicuri mi ha creato un po' di tensione. Non sono riuscito a capire perché a loro non risultasse il pagamento, cmq l'importante è che alla fine sono riuscito a Fare il mio soggiorno.

Nothing really . As I was checking out a very nice person helped me with ice machine. One on my floor didn't work.
Time I waited just to get checked in. Seemed like 10 minutes or so. Ice machine on my floor wasn't working. Some type of bug looked like water bug crawling on night stand. Felt like something crawling on me all night. Very loud music coming from somewhere. Reported it . It stopped not sure if at local bar or where coming from.
Close to destination. My kids liked the pool. Close to restaurants and shopping
Everything was bad the room and the whole hotel was very dirty
The cleaning

Stayed 6 days, room cleaned only once.
Asked cleaning lady on two different occasions ig she was going to clean my room.
She responded in limited English, “No time. I busy.
Maybe tomorrow.” Very uncaring and poor customer service.

La ubicacion esta excelente y la infrarstructura tiene mucho potencial
El piso del lobby y las habitaciones estaban bastante sucios, el baño era un desastre, tenía moho en varios lugares y la habitación tenía un tremendo olor a humedad. La Internet no servía para nada
Maintenance
Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable
Hotel felt dirty everywhere. Lobby and floor rugs were very dirty. Hotel needs update as walls are dirty, baseboards are dirty. I didn’t want to walk barefoot in room.
Location
The room smelled damp, the bathroom had mold in the bathtub grout and the toilet area smelled of urine, the sink was clogged, and the elevator was full of dust. The mini-fridge in the room wasn't cooling properly and the air conditioning It wasn't working properly either. It was hot at night.
