Pros:

The sheets didn’t appear to be cleaned, or if they were clean, perhaps left in the dryer damp because they had an odor. The bathroom had dusty nasty vents. Plus, I didn’t feel that the building was super secure. Noticed people leaving wood chips in the security side doors so that they could go in and now without a key. I didn’t find that the staff was very friendly at all. Seem more interested in looking at the computer than looking up as you walk up to check out or check in. I don’t recommend staying here. Advertise as new rooms, but there is nothing new about the rooms whatsoever. At least the one we stayed in on the first floor.

Very disappointing
Cons:

The room was filthy. Bed was broken. Blood on the wall. Hair everywhere. Ac was VERY loud. Bathtub didn’t drain.

Pros:

No breakfast served just coffee
There was a wildfire and my family was mandatory evacuated and our dog. I appreciate that the reservation process was easy to get thru and that you accepted our dog. Thank you

Cons:

There was a lot of guest who did not pick up there pets poop and I feel that the staff should step in for the bad pet owners to insure the grounds area is clean and sanitary

Good location, they gave me accomodations for my mother. The place was clean and the staff very nice and attentive

The bathroom courtines were very old and hanging improperly. But still good service
