Nous avons tout aimés lors de notre séjour , le cadre la qualité des chambres, la super cuisine et surtout l’équipe, tout souriante, efficace, aux petits soins.

Un séjour familial confortable
Pros:

l’emplacement est pratique pour découvrir la région. Un grand jardin où mes filles adorent. Le restaurant nous plaît beaucoup, même mes enfants

Cons:

Nous habitons dans un bâtiment à côté calme, il n’est pas pratique pour allumer la lumière dans la nuit. On utilise notre téléphone pour allumer le chemin.

EXTREMEMENT DECEVANT
Pros:

Le personnel de la bastide a été très aimable et professionnel, les infrastructures sont agréables.

Cons:

Nombreux problèmes de propreté dans la villa!
Plusieurs touffes de cheveux, insectes morts, piscine très sale dès l’ouverture du volet à peine une heure après notre arrivée, assiettes et couverts salles, placard vaisselle et buanderie désordonnée etc..
Aucune protection de la piscine pour les enfants.
Le volet immergé était complètement cassé et n’assurait alors aucune sécurité pour les enfants (1 an et 2 ans).
De plus, aucune alarme n’était installée.
Enfin, 1 mois jour pour jour pour obtenir un retour de l’établissement qui ne souhaite pas accorder le moindre geste commercial sur le séjour passé mais vous propose une remise sur un prochain séjour.
