Mit Abstand bestes Hotelpersonal der letzten Jahre. Höflich, aufmerksam, zuvorkommend....und dies in natürlicher und nicht gezwungener Art und Weise. Sehr gutes Essen, tolle Zimmer, schöne Zimmer....es war ein perfekter Aufenthalt

Nice Hotel, No VW Theme, Poor A/C
Pros:

The facility is very nice. The staff is amazing. It was our 25 year wedding anniversary and we met in a Volkswagen club so we wanted to stay on VW property at the Ritz. We were surprised that the hotel didn't have one single mention of VW. No pictures, no art, nothing. We expected it to be VW themed. Other hotels are better if you're looking for a VW theme. Additionally, there was a heat wave and the a/c was simply inadequate. I expected a better a/c. It kept the room around 25 even though it was set to 18. This is typical of German hotels, but I expected more from the Ritz.
