Staybridge Suites Columbia – Baltimore is a nonsmoking property. A cleaning fee of USD 250 is levied for each instance where a guest is found violating the rule in the property. Continuous violation will result in further action by the property with no refund.

CHECK IN & CHECK OUT POLICY
Guests must be 21 years of age or older to check in. Check-in time is from 16:00 to 02:00. Check out time is by 11:00 on the check-out date. Any delayed check out will attract additional costs, up to 1 night's stay. Please call the property on the day of check in to find out about early check-in availability.

PET POLICY
At Staybridge Suites Columbia – Baltimore, we recognize that your pet is part of your family and are pleased to welcome up to two pets per room weighing a max of 68 kg with a nonrefundable sanitation fee of:

•USD 25 + tax per week after 7-night stay.

Great stay!
Pros:

Everything except the incidentals deposit

Cons:

How I was charged for $186 for incidentals. No possible way I damaged anything or left the place in ruin

Terrible smell but decent for one night.
Cons:

The entire hotel had a horrible moldy cigarette smell. The elevator was broken. Staircase had extremely old carpet that was stained and smelled absolutely terrible. The first room I was put into had stains on the carpet.

PERFECT STAYING AGAIN

the staff was very nice and friendly , the hotel and rooms were very clean , kitchen and food prep was great . everything was pleasant

took to long for shower water to get hot . but when it did it was nice

If i came back during summer time , I could have enjoyed it more with the swimming pool & other out.

Very nice, would definitely book a stay again!
Pros:

Staff was very nice! I booked a king bed & asked for a pull out couch to accommodate a second guest. Once I arrived they upgraded my room to a two bedroom suite! The suite was very spacious & clean.

Cons:

There were some noisy upstair neighbors during late hours, called the front desk and it was handled immediately.
