Cons:

C'est quand même loin de tout. La moquette dans l'hotel est horrible, le bruit de la toilette et le vieil ascenseur.

Close to airport and concert venue we were attending

Cons:

Room constantly had a wet musty smell. The bedding was hot and uncomfortable like the comforter was made of plastic. In our group we had 3 rooms and all rooms had or roaches were seen.

If you can help it, stay somewhere else.
Pros:

I liked that The bed was firm and comfortable- having a kitchen was also a plus. The location was central to everything we were going to see.

Cons:

The overall experience was not my favorite. The room was very musty- I didn’t want to sit on the sofa it felt damp and dirty. There was a old musty smell as well. Carpet was dirty. I asked multiple times during our stay for trash to be picked up because I was told if I left it outside it was fifty dollars, or I could take it to the dumpster myself. I asked the front several times and everyone had different answers for me. One man said housekeeping would be by the next day- they did not go. Next lady said she would have house keeping go up and they never came. Another girl just looked annoyed to be bothered if you had a question because she was in a room on her phone. The pool was so dirty and my kids wanted to swim so I had to get the net and clean it myself during our stay so they could enjoy it a bit. I was so disappointed in our stay. Will not stay here again. If you’re passing through and need a quick place to stay without kids it will probably be ok but not with a family. The pull out sofa was so gross.

Upon arrival, I was tempted to cancel the booking. I managed to endure the stay
Pros:

The breakfast was limited. Not a wide variety, but I guess it was ok.

Cons:

They don't refill toiletries or clean the rooms. You have to make the request early in the morning. The property is old and in need of repairs. Outdated furniture and appliances-almost creepy

Overall, our stay was worth what we paid for.
Pros:

The quality of the room, and overall the hotel stay, was worth what we paid for two nights. Considering some of the room furniture appeared to be quite old, the overall room was fairly clean. Although the room wasn't as pictured, there were things included in the room that made up for it: dinnerware, ice maker, coffee maker, tv, air conditioner, toiletries, etc. Additionally, the breakfast buffet was also good; including waffle makers, cereal, drinks, coffee, etc.

Cons:

The hotel room furniture was quite old and the common areas appeared quite outdated. It was also quite warm in the common areas, even hotter in some areas considering we are in Texas, that definitely affect the area in general. However, this was NOT a deal breaker.

Pros:

I like the location of the hotel. The housekeeping staff were absolutely pleasant! The free laundry was most certainly a convenience.

Cons:

The lack of reasonable care after my room was flooded from the sprinkler system twice. A huge roach popped out of the blanket as he housekeeper was changing my bedding. I also seen several roaches in the hallways. The lack of hospitality and accountability from the front desk staff. The price gouging of the hotel extra fees for like checking in early or late and the overpriced snacks in their convenience store. The lack of variety for breakfast and lack of integrity to be fair and just to everyone no matter the race. The hotel truly lacks good management and is in much much need of several detoured maintenance issues.

Pros:

Clean, kitchen stocked. Breakfast far and above the competition. Roomy, it has everything you need for long term stay. The maid even did my dishes, I don't know if thats normal so I gave a nice gratuity for it. I stay long term and the price was great.
