We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Margaritaville and will definitely stay there again!

I loved the resort vibe of the property. The front desk staff were very friendly and particularly helpful. The breakfast had a great selection of food that was delicious. There was plenty of room for seating to enjoy our breakfast. The tables were always clean and tidy. We ate some meals at the hotel that were very tasty. The staff serving us food and drinks around the pool were attentive and pleasant. In the evenings we relaxed by the fire pits and chatted with other guests.

The room was clean and spacious. The linens were fresh and new. The washroom was abundantly stocked with towels. The kitchen had everything that I needed. The cleaning staff did a fantastic job. I was impressed.

We were provided with complimentary beach chairs and umbrellas to bring to Clam Pass Beach which is our favourite beach in Naples. We could walk there in 10 minutes and the hotel provided a shuttle service as well!!!

The location of the property was absolutely perfect. There were stores, restaurants and coffee shops all within walking distance. We will definitely stay there again.

Cons:

We booked a room for 3 people which provided a pull out couch for the third person. Although the linens were clean and fresh, the mattress itself was not very comfortable.

Die Lage war sehr gut.

Cons:

Das gesamte Hotel war dreckig und hat nach Schmutz und Schimmel gestunken.
Die Zimmer wurden während eines 9 tägigen Aufenthalts nicht einmal richtig geputzt. Immer nur ganz oberflächlich. Die Bettwäsche wurde nur 1 Mal in dieser Zeit gewechselt.
Der Schmutz des Vermieters war noch im Zimmer und wurde nicht entfernt.
Die ganze Anlage war wirklich unglaublich schmutzig und der Pool roch extrem nach Chlor in i schwammen Haare usw.

Pros:

The staff was very welcoming, and they allowed big dogs, which is amazing. The restaurant at the hotel served good food, and the service was excellent. The room was clean and had a fridge with a cooktop, which is helpful. Will definitely recommend it.

Great location, good hotel, very kind housekeepers!
Pros:

Its very close to everything, the rooms are quiet and comfortable. The beds are amazing.

Cons:

I had to change my room at 10 pm because of a terrible water leakage, but the staff helped and they were very nice. My security box dis not work.

Great location and solid choice for Naples.
Pros:

Great location. The room was a great size with nice fridge, good shower, comfy bed.

Cons:

The elevator was quite slow. The breakfast in the morning was adequate but I would not call it great. Housekeeping was spotty. I have never received a copy of receipt.
