Staybridge Suites MPLS-Maple Grove/Arbor Lakes by IHG

Noisy air conditioning and location.

I selected this hotel as it had EV chargers. I needed the nonTesla charger. I tried after my meeting to connect. Tried again after my business dinner. No luck either time. Finally, I went to the front desk. The breaker was off for only that charger. UGH. What a lot of aggravation and stress worrying before that I wouldn't get fully charged overnight to get home.

I travel a lot for business and leisure, and this was by far the best hotel I’ve stayed in. My room, the common areas, and the pool and hot tub were exceptionally clean and well-maintained. The evening receptions were thoughtfully planned. Staff was always available if I needed anything at all.

Property needs to control the animal owners dogs.

The refrigerator did not work properly. I addressed it with the front desk, but nothing ever came of it. Premade meals were tossed because the refrigerator couldnt hold temp. It was disappointing as this was one of the main reasons I booked the hotel for my four day stay. This is also the reason I will have to book a different hotel for my next 7 day trip in October.

The manager came outside to offer our family a pot of coffee and brought it outside for us!!

We had a one bedroom suite which had two beds. A little while after we "moved in", we found that the toilet was not working properly. Management quickly came to fix it only to find out a plumber was needed. Since there was not another one bedroom suite, they found two rooms next door to each other & we were quickly moved to those.

Convenient location with lots of restaurants, attractions, and shopping close. Clean and spacious suites with everything you need. The grounds are very nice lounge areas, grills, and basketball area for kids. Great variety of food selection for breakfast.

Great location beautiful rooms we will definitely go back there! The only thing tried to relax in hot tub no parents with the kids kids screaming yelling horse playing in the pool. We went back to our room

Staff was very helpful. I enjoyed the afternoon beverages and food. It was nice to come in from a day of work and relax in the lobby. The room was nice with a small kitchen (which I didn't need) and couch. All was clean. Would stay here again.

Room was nice and clean but bed was terribly soft and uncomfortable. Location was very convenient and close to shops and restaurants. Staff was friendly and helpful. Overall, a great stay.

Great place, staff was very helpful, great room and amenities. Only reason I could not give it 5 stars is the daily service. Staid a week and first few days were great, after I never received any coffee (had to go to desk each day and ask for it, and the last couple of days, they picked up the trash but didn't make the bed or change the towels. Small issues but paid good money and was the only thing to not score 5 stars but will admit I would stay their again.

Excellent location, pool was a little cold - kids had a blast.

The rooms were great, and the breakfast was amazing. The parking lot and parking were awkward to get to .

Nice, clean and conveniently located

Everything was great. My family felt safe and at home.

The rooms were very nice, however the hallways had a very weird and gross smell.
