Pros:

The hotel works well for business stays, but I wouldn’t recommend it as a family hotel.
The staff at the reception were super friendly and helpful; also, the restaurant staff were very kind and friendly.

Cons:

The cleaning service was inconsistent. Towels were changed every day, but my bed was not made. On one of the days, there was no cleaning service at all, which I wasn’t expecting. Overall, the service lacked consistency.
Also, don’t expect nice views from your room. My window faced the air-conditioning units, and the noise from the motors was so loud that I couldn’t comfortably keep the window open. Luckily, I got good sleep

Bien placé. Près d'une station de métro si on veut avoir accès facilement à Toronto. Le personnel est très courtois
