I couldn’t get comfortable in room, bedding was too heavy/hot and it was hard to adjust AC to compensate

Make sure the room is 100% functioning
Pros:

It was clean

Cons:

The fan for the room did not work, they didn’t tell us prior to booking the room. We could not control the temperature, it was so hot and dry.

Pros:

I liked the room decor and size of the room.

Cons:

Only 1 bottle of water was given on complimentary basis. On asking for more small water bottle, checkout personnel refused. An additional bottle of water wouldn't hurt the hotel, especially when so much was paid for the room.

Le personnel est très agréable et les chambres sont convenables.

Cons:

La proximité avec la station à essence et le Car Wash n'est pas ce qui se fasse mieux en termes de relaxation.

Really helpful and awesome to be close to your destination.
Pros:

I really like how well the room service organizes our stuff while they make the bed. They put it neatly on the made beds.

Cons:

I thought the rooms could’ve been more cooler. Had a hard time sleeping the last night at the hotel.

Pros:

The staff was good and understanding, the room was clean.

Cons:

The people staying above our room were making a lot of noise. The AC was also loud. The door of the bathroom couldn't be locked.
