武漢国際空港と漢口駅それぞれへのアクセス良好です。ホテルの対応もしっかりして快適に過ごせました。建物と設備自体は多少古めですが、しっかりと管理されており問題ありません。

two issues : unique in China

1. the check-in counter does not have enough small changes,
2. hotel staff have a hard time to call me a taxi.

it seems that everything is done through cell phone, but as a foreign tourist I don't have access to local cellphone services.

I have to change money to pay for local expenses.

地下鉄3ラインが交差する香港路すぐ近くのホテルなのでどこへでも移動は簡単です。

Pros:

Conveniently located in a central area of Hankou (Xianggang Road), this is a nicely designed hotel, but it's seen better days. Don't get me wrong, it's still a good place to stay, but some work has to be done on cleanliness and style. I wouldn't say it lives up to the Shangri-La name.

酒店虽然有些年头了，但保养得还好，服务人员热情有礼，入住退房也很快捷。但入住期间发现了一件很令人恶心的事：我和家人预定是双床，双床之间间距不大约30cm，为睡觉舒服一点，我将2张床稍稍移动并在一起，一移开床，赫然发现一个避孕套在床角底下。太恶心了！

本当に5スターホテル？
Pros:

昔は5スターホテルだったのだろうけれど、今はその風格が感じられない。
現在、新館工事中のせいもあると思うが、友達の車が来ても、駐車することもままならない。
一番、気になったのは、シャワー室の清掃レベルの低さ。
シャンプーなどが置いてある二段になった小さい三角コーナーの汚さ。
汚れが黒いぬめりとなっていて、とても気持ち悪かった。
それとスタッフに、英語のわかる者が少なく、これでも5スターホテルと言えるのか？
