Balcony is very tiny
I reserved the suite but ceiling is very low and you could hit your head, also glass on roof ! Which is not helpful in a country like Norway where there is sun 20 hours a days !
Room is dirty
Staff are not supportive

Great for my needs
Pros:

I often stay at this hotel when I am in Ålesund which is a recommendation in itself. The reception staff are friendly and efficient. Great views and a short walking distance from restaurants and other amenities.
