Pros:

Good location, next to ski rent shop and Parsen ski lift.

Cons:

Hegyene in ski storage room - not a plesant smell. Unclear rulles in the spa area - although it is stated the adult time is after 5pm , plenty of naked oldery people in a spa area which is confusing pepople and kids who are commeing from international culture background.

die richtige Mischung aus chic und gemütlich
Pros:

die Zimmer sind sehr gemütlich eingerichtet, das Bad sehr grosszügig. Die Lage für Skifahrer natürlich ideal, der Skikeller ist perfekt dafür ausgerüstet. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend.

Schöne Unterkunft, auch wenn ein wenig teuer. Lage top bei der Piste!
Pros:

Das Hotel ist wirklich schön, vor allem die Bar beim Eingang. Es ist eine wunderschöne Sitzgelegenheit am Feuer - wirklich sehr romantisch und schön. Die Zimmer sind auch schön eingerichtet und gross. Das Bett war super bequem, haben wir sehr selten erlebt in einem Hotel.
Die Angestellten in den Restaurants und Bars sind sehr freundlich und nett, auch wenn nicht alle Deutsch sprechen.

Cons:

Die Reception reagiert relativ träge auf Gäste und lässt einem relativ lange warten bis man überhaupt gegrüsst wird. Das ist öfters geschehen und ist seltsam und nicht wirklich ansprechend. Da gibt es viel Luft nach oben und mit sehr wenig Aufwand.
Ich hatte auch einen Vorfall gemeldet, aber da ist nicht darauf eingegangen worden. Zumindest hätte man interessiert tun können...

Another nice, ski / winter sports stay.
Pros:

Having stayed here several times before, all was basically as expected - and if I didn't like it I wouldn't have gone back.
N.B. Location is excellent for a ski holiday, right next to the main lift. Buffet breakfast was very good and is exactly what is wanted on a winter trip

Cons:

New shower unit could do with a little bit of a redesign - almost impossible to stop some water going out onto the bathroom floor. Needs a few more options (each night) for the evening meal - the meals were good but for some I would have preferred a different option on that day (ordered at breakfast would be fine, if necessary).

It's not a 5 stars, all the details are not what you expect from a 5 stars in the mountains. The Spa was open to the kids, making noise in the wirphool.
