Superb customer service, facilities exceeded my expectations.
Pros:

Location was close to the train station, ie., in walking distance. Breakfast was delicious.

Sehr schön eingerichtete Zimmer, nette Spa Anlage, super Frühstück, tolle Lage direkt beim Parsenn und nahe zum Bahnhof

Cons:

Alles war top, schade gibt es im 5* Hotel kein Pool zum Schwimmen, das war das einzige, ansonsten alles top.

Viele Gäste mit Badehosen und Mobiltelefon im Spa Bereich obwohl das nicht erlaubt ist ab 17 Uhr
