Super schöner, entspannter Kurzurlaub bei toller Ambiente und sehr feinem Essen.
Pros:

Super schönes, grosses Zimmer. Bequeme Betten. Frühstück war sehr lecker, es gab eine grosse Auswahl mit frisch zubereiteten Eierspeisen. Auch das Abendessen war ausgezeichnet. Schöner Wellnessbereich mit tollem Ruheraum.
Der Empfang war sehr herzlich und kompetent. Der "Skibus" fuhr öfter zur Skistation und holte die Gäste von dort auch wieder ab. Der Transport war bestens organisiert, es wurde auf die Bedürfnisse der Gäste geschaut.
Uns hat es prima gefallen, wir können das Hotel nur weiterempfehlen!

Cons:

Alles war top, das Personal sehr aufmerksam und nett.
Einen Tipp an das Restaurant: Gäste vor der Bestellung fragen, ob sie das Dreigangmenü zu einem festen Preis oder à la carte essen möchten. Vielleicht gab es das Dreigangmenü nur über Ostern. Da wir es am ersten Abend bestellten, gingen wir davon aus, dass wir es auch am nächsten Abend erhalten und wählten drei Gänge aus der Karte aus (wie beim ersten Abend). Berechnet wurde dann jedoch à la carte. Aufgrund unserer Nachfrage wurde die höhere Rechnung storniert und der fixe Menüpreis berechnet, mit der Bemerkung, dass wir bei der Bestellung hätten erwähnen sollen, dass wir das Dreigangmenü möchten. Um unnötige Umtriebe zu vermeiden bitte Gäste bei der Bestellung über die Modalitäten orientieren ;-).

Pros:

Das Servicepersonal war lobenswert, ob an der Rezeption, wie auch in der Gastronomie. Wir fühlten uns gut aufgehoben. Frühstück war ausgiebig und sehr schmackhaft.
