If you are a tourist there are more interesting areas and more charming options to stay in Chengdu
Pros:

Comfortable rooms at a good price in central Chengdu.

Cons:

Whilst the rooms are newly renovated, some parts of the hotel still need renovation such as the breakfast room. Also, the pool was under renovation when we were there. The vibe is mainly that of a business hotel rather than a luxurious Sheraton. Also, location in town, whilst being central, it´s not right where you want to be as a tourist in Chengdu (a couple of metro stops away).

Hablan inglés.desatuno bufé variado.

Cons:

Habitaciones anticuadas y pequeñas para ser un 5 estrellas.. baño pequeño,sin bañera ni bidet.
Los alrededores no son turísticos , hay que caminar un buen rato para llegar a puntos de interés o coger didi que por suerte es muy barato.

Cons:

Nessuno dello staff era in grado di parlare inglese, neanche alla reception, ed era necessario ricorrere in continuazione al traduttore perdendo sempre molto tempo per capirsi. Al momento del nostro soggiorno le aree fitness, spa e piscina erano in ristrutturazione e completamente inutilizzabili, nonostante avessimo scambiato messaggi con la struttura prima del soggiorno non hanno mai pensato di informarci e la cosa ci ha molto deluso. Al check in ci hanno proposto uno sconto per il disservizio, nonostante questo abbiamo trovato il rapporto qualità prezzo molto alto: le camere, anche se moderne e ristrutturate da poco, sono molto piccole e presentano già diversi segni di trascuratezza (il vetro del termostato rotto, lo scarico della doccia molto lento...), eravamo in due ospiti ma era presente un solo accappatoio. Abbiamo provato a mangiare presso il ristorante dell'hotel la prima sera e abbiamo aspettato più di 50 minuti per un sandwich. Avevamo l'accesso alla lounge incluso e abbiamo trovato il cibo buono, ma gli orari per usufruirne erano davvero stretti e all'infuori di quelli non c'era disponibilità di nulla, neanche chiedendo gentilmente crackers o noccioline durante l'orario dei cocktails. Viene presentato come un lussuoso cinque stelle, ma ci sono tanti aspetti da migliorare per esserlo davvero.

Alles. Gutes Gym und Pool mit Sauna, exzellentes Frühstück.

Cons:

Um das Hotel herum sind Baustellen (März 26). Der Lärm hielt sich jedoch in Grenzen.

Alojamiento súper moderno. Muy buenas amenidades incluidas. Si te alojas en habitaciones ejecutivas tienes acceso a una sala que brinda cócteles en las noches y pequeños tentempiés en el resto de las horas
