Excellent room on the 19th floor with a magnificent view.
Pros:

Beautiful room overlooking the Falls.
Everything was great. Valet parking is overpriced, otherwise a super hotel.
We loved it!!!

Pros:

We paid nearly $500 for a one-night stay at the Sheraton Fallsview, and it was a complete disaster. Our room’s HVAC system was defective, blowing cold air all night despite being set to 30°C in April weather.

​I texted the front desk to report the issue and requested a space heater so we could at least sleep. The hotel completely ignored the request. We spent the entire night shivering in hoodies and extra blankets (blankets they did give us, thankfully).

​When I brought this to the front desk at checkout, the response was incredibly disappointing. Instead of taking responsibility, the agent attempted to blame us for "not calling maintenance" at midnight while my father was already asleep. They initially offered a meager $50 credit—less than what they charge for Valet Parking ($79).

​It took multiple escalations just to get a $100 credit, which doesn't even cover the parking and resort fees. To be charged full price for a room with no heat is unacceptable. They value their parking revenue more than their guests' basic comfort. Save your money and stay elsewhere where "hospitality" actually means something.

อยากรบกวนอธิบายเรื่อง bill ด้วยค่ะ มีการ charge จาก credit cad 79.1 CAD และ 56.5 CAD คาดว่าเป็นค่า parking สำหรับจอดเอง และ vallet parking แต่จริงๆ ขับรถไปแค่คันเดียว และจอดแบบ vallet parking ถ้า charge ผิด รบกวนคืนเงิน 56.5 CAD เข้า credit card ด้วยค่ะ
