Our stay at the Sheraton Fallsview Hotel was truly memorable. We booked a Fallsview room and wow, the view alone was absolutely phenomenal. Waking up to the falls right outside your window is one of those experiences that doesn’t get old, no matter how long you stare. The hotel was clearly very busy during our visit but the staff still managed to take great care of us. They were able to accommodate an early check in and arranged two connecting rooms, which made our stay so much more comfortable and convenient. Parking was also a breeze, we used the self parking option within the connected buildings and it was easy and hassle free, which is always appreciated in a busy area like this. Overall, despite how packed things were, the service remained attentive and accommodating. Between the incredible view, smooth logistics and thoughtful service, we’d definitely recommend Sheraton Fallsview for a stay in Niagara Falls.

The convenience of the location

Was misleading only booked for the waterpark and was under the impression that tickets would be included in the 2 rooms we booked but that was far from the case and the hotel manger didn't do anything to help the situation. Fallsview waterpark is 50pp, and they make the adults pay to sit and watch as well. So, in total, that was an extra 400 for only one day of entry to the waterpark. So it's not worth it when travelling with kids, Americana is the best family-friendly hotel in Niagra. As well parking is 50pd so that would have been 200 for the weekend. They didn't disclose that it was paid parking. Thank goodness we found a lot that charged us 100 for the weekend and wasn't a far walk from the hotel. Also saw beer for 100 at the store in the hotel lobby.
