La vue de la chambre, la propreté des lieux et les employés

Cons:

Nous ne pouvions pas ajuster le chauffage dans la chambre il faisait 22 degrés et nous voulions descendre le chauffage, mais même si nous l’avons descendu l’air chaud continuait de sortir. De plus, les oreilles n’étaient pas super confortable.

Lovely hotel, great location.
Pros:

The hotel was a lovely hotel. The location was absolutely amazing, situated overlooking Niagra Falls, the view from our window was fabulous - I will point out that we did pay extra for a room with a view over the falls.
The hotel staff welcomed us as we arrived and were very pleasant.
The room we were given was large with a very big bed which was very comfortable and had two lounge chairs and a small table to sit at.
The bathroom was clean and had a Jacuzzi style bath with shower over.
The was no breakfast in included in our price. I don't know whether there was an option for that or not. There was a restaurant in the hotel but we did not use it as we ate out.
There was a fridge, safe and coffee machine in the room and the room was clean and well kept.
Overall, thoroughly enjoyed our stay and more than happy with the location.

If visiting the falls, go with sheraton.
Pros:

Sheraton is the coziest and most beautiful hotel to go with if visiting the falls. The customer service was exemplary thanks to Alice, she was great help, reasoning, and very kind to our needs.

Disapointing and expensive.
Pros:

The location is great and the room is very confortable and clean.

Cons:

We came 2 hours after the checking time and the room wasn't ready yet. The elevators weren't working, so it was terrible to use it.

Un long weekend en famille mémorable

Cons:

There was kids running up and down the hallway at 11pm-midnight, banging on both sides of the walls and there was yelling on the top of our room. We didn’t get any sleep
