We loved the whole experience even though the elevators weren’t the greatest.
Pros:

Loved the view from our Juliet balcony! Buffet for breakfast and dinner was outstanding and convenient! We will definitely be coming back!

Cons:

The slow elevator situation. Many times we took the outside escalator down and went outside to walk around the building to enter the lobby to catch the elevator up after waiting a long time for the elevator doors to open.

A la salida me querían cobrar un extra porque uno de nuestros hijos tiene 17 años, yo reservé por booking donde te preguntan expresamente la edad de los hijos y lo marqué bien, tras explicar que yo ya había informado de la edad y nunca se me dijo que tuviera que pagar más vino la encargada (parecía) y nos dijo que estaba todo correcto. El parking que te anuncian el precio corresponde a uno que está alejado, el que está en el mismo hotel es más caro

Make sure you carefully confirm that what you book through Booking.com is actually what the hotel will provide. Unfortunately, what I booked through the Booking.com app did not match what was available or provided by the hotel even though I spoke with the two front desk staff members. They ignored what I said and did nothing to help, even management.

The pool was cloudy and appeared poorly maintained. The microwaves were only available on every other floor, which was inconvenient, and overall cleanliness was inconsistent. The first floor appeared to be the cleanest, while other areas of the hotel could have used more attention.

Although the rooms were cleaned, the cleaning was not thorough, and several areas were left less than satisfactory.

Overall, I would recommend confirming all amenities and room features directly with the hotel manager and document who you spoke to, before booking, rather than relying solely on the information listed on Booking.com.
