Pros:

Overall, my stay was okay, and there were definitely some positive points. I booked a Fallsview room and was given a nice room on a higher floor with a good view. The front desk staff member who welcomed me was very nice, professional, and explained things clearly. The location is also very convenient, within walking distance of the main attractions, and the bed was very comfortable.

However, I do think the hotel could improve in several areas.

First, the lobby/check-in process was confusing. When I arrived with my luggage, there was no staff member greeting guests or directing people where to go. The desk signage was not very clear and looked more like a membership/information desk rather than a regular check-in area. Since many guests book through third-party websites and may not be hotel members, it would be helpful to have clearer signs or a staff member organizing the line and welcoming guests in the lobby. It felt a bit understaffed and disorganized.

Second, both pools were very dirty. I was really looking forward to swimming, but the cleanliness of the pools was disappointing, and I could not comfortably stay in the water for long. For a hotel of this size and price level, I expected better pool maintenance.

Third, I found it inconvenient that there was no self-service laundry option. For guests staying even one night, especially those using the pool or gym, it would be useful to have a simple place to wash swimwear or small items. The only option seemed to be paid laundry/dry-cleaning service, which is not very practical for short stays.

The parking was also very expensive, around $56 per day after tax, even though it was not a weekend or holiday. I understand the location is central, but the price still felt high.

One more issue was the mini fridge in the room. I put a free ice cream sample in the fridge, but by the evening it had completely melted. Even the water inside the fridge was not very cold.

Ask for a better room
Pros:

Everything about the hotel is nice. I was there for a business conference .

Cons:

The parking is far but you can walk inside to get to parking garage 15min walk.

The internet was down the tv and the heat wasn't working unfortunately
