The Best Hotel in Niagara Falls!!!
Pros:

Upon arrival we were greeted by Tony, Valet Service....very friendly, welcoming and courteous.....his interaction set the perfect mood for our 2 day stay. Very comfortable rooms, exceptional service and all amenities available. We had an amazing view of the falls from our room. We only stay here, it is our #1 hotel spot when in Niagara Falls Canada.....well done....see you in a few months.....

Not impressed!
Pros:

The thing I liked most is the location of the hotel, everything is within walking distance.

Cons:

I was disappointed with the level of service that was provided:
- The room and bathroom were not clean upon arrival.
- The room was not cleaned at any point during my stay (3 nights, 4 days).
- Checkout one hour past the regular time was denied; a fee plus tax was requested.
- Parking fees was unreasonably high.
- I was charged for extra occupancy, luckily I noticed it on the bill and asked for a refund (and received it).

If you want the full view experience
Pros:

Located in the middle of the action. We did have Fallsview as this was a one-time chance for us. They also have a great view from the pool, which has an upgrade option for watching the fireworks. If I were to go again, maybe pass on the room view and put the money toward an evening at the pool with champagne.

Fair, busy/noisy but centrally located
Pros:

Spacious rooms and clean. Very close to Niagara Falls

Cons:

My room was allocated next to a function room, there was a party/function on and it was extremely noisy. Hotel should have warned guests beforehand . Very busy hotel, long waits to check in

The options for dining without leaving the building

Cons:

The amount of walking it takes to get the hotel ! Walking through one hotel to get to another quite confusing! The beds are not comfortable at all ! The linens are to stiff and not soft felt almost like a hospital

Cozy, comfort with an awesome view.
Pros:

We had the king sized bed and falls view. Really enjoyed it. Everyone on staff was top notch and friendly.

Cons:

You really didn't explain the in house restaurant on your website very well. That created minor confusion. I would work to improve that. We made reservations for the top end rest. but then settle for the buffet, which we liked a lot.
