Cons:

Staff checked me into someone else room without confirming my first name, we went up to the room and a dog came out. Went back down just to be given another room that’s doesn’t open. 3rd time going down the staff offered free breakfast to the guest where we walked into their room but never mentioned anything to me about the inconvenience. Staff also goes up with us to make sure the door opens to the room & yet again still didn’t open, she then goes down and gets another card to another room, I paid for a city view room and was placed in a room facing the AC unit. Overall a whole hour to check in, wouldn’t go back.

Large, lovely rooms & accommodating staff
Pros:

I was in town on business & had to choose a hotel for my work mates. We had about 110 room nights. This place was perfect. The rooms were large (all suites), the food was great & the people who work here are accommodating and lovely.

Weekend Stay
Pros:

The bartender Diana was absolutely amazing…the drinks are a 10/10. The atmosphere here is great. We were greeted by a host before we could get out of our car. I highly recommend staying here. Oh yeah everything in the room was satisfying….nothing was dirty. Don’t forget when you go to the bar ask for Diana!!
