Le restaurant est un plus quand on n’a pas envie de ressortir.
Que a pesar de ser época de calor la piscina no estaba disponible.. ello no se indicaba al momento de la reserva
La habitación de gran tamaño, confortable y con buen espacio en armario y otros muebles auxiliares.
Respecto al personal, excelente, en todo momento respetuoso, amable y resolutivo. Un buen equipo!

La ubicación y tamaño de habitación.
Pocos amenities en la habituación, ha que pedirlos y eso es algo incómodo. Las toallas estaban muy viejas y gastadas e incluso desgarradas… un 5 estrellas no debería tener eso. Mejores almohadas o cartas de almohadas. El gimnasio es muy muy antiguo e incompleto y no hay vasos para el dispensador de agua!
A decoração do quarto é linda, limpeza impecável. Fornece quatro travesseiros. Ar condicionado funciona de verdade. E o melhor de tudo: não tem banheira para escorregar e cair no chão. É chuveiro, ducha, forte e quente, constante, perfeita.

We were in between winter heat and summer AC and needed to keep the window open at night for cooling. This was difficult with noise.
