On s’attendait à autre chose pour un 5 étoiles
Pros:

La chambre confortable et le petit déjeuner et la gentillesse du personnel.

Cons:

Trop chaud dans la chambre et le massage complet n’a été fait qu’à moitié. Côté rue beaucoup de bruit.

l'emplacement est parfait, la chambre spacieuse bien qu'un peu viellotte, sans machine à café, ni goodies pour un 4 etoiles c'est très limite, le petit déjeuner n'est pas du tout à mon gout très peu de choix et il ressemble à une cafétéria, il semble que ce soit des produits industriels sans déjeuner sans gluten et sans lactose....

Cons:

manque une cafetière, thé, café, chausson, produit tel que le savon dans les bouteilles une sur deux non remplie

Buena estancia en el centro de Santiago
Pros:

La habitación era muy grande y la cama muy cómoda. Había unos muebles muy bonitos.
El desayuno muy completo, con un personal muy servicial

Cons:

Creo que la habitación necesita un lavado de cara. La ducha no funcionaba muy bien (o nosotros no fuimos capaces de entenderla)
