La verdad que para ser un Hotel 5 estrellas, es pésimo. El recibiendo fue bien. Hotel que necesita una amplia pasada de mano....deteriorado.
Para una clasificación de 5 estrellas, no lo vemos....no creemos que sean dignos de ese privilegio.
Por supuesto teniendo en cuenta la comparación con variosss Hoteles 5 estrellas donde hemos estado.
Eramos 3 adultos, no pusieron albornoz, ni chanclas, faltando un juego de toallas, preparada la habitación al parecer para dos. Café pusieron 2 cápsulas, si querías mas al otro día tenias que bajar al bar.
. El baño la ducha tenia muy poca agua.
En fin que de 5 estrellas tiene muyyyyy poco.
3 estrellas ya es mucho.

A lovely Hotel on a good location

Ausgezeichnetes Frühstück. Sehr nettes Personal. Speziell möchte ich die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption erwähnen. Sehr kompetent und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Der Pool. Das ist nicht 5 Sterne, was da geboten wird. Die meisten Gäste kamen mit den Badetüchern aus ihren Zimmern zum Pool. Man konnte aber an der Rezeption solche abholen. Das war aber nirgens vermerkt. Obwohl eine schöne terasse mit Stühlen und Tischen vorhanden war, konnte man diese nicht benutzen. Auch war die dazugehörige Bar nicht in Betrieb.

Pros:

A localização, o conforto, o silêncio e a escuridão foram os pontos altos. O café da manhã é bem bom, mas nada de excepcional para o preço da diária. Não tinha nem um espumante! 😜

Cons:

A limpeza do quarto deixou a desejar, havia sujeiras bem antigas. Também não houve reposição das cápsulas de café (que eram só 2 e um descafeinado) ou dos chás, que também eram só 2. Não deveria ser necessário pedir reposição para isso, deveria ser automático. Como eu tinha café solúvel e só tomei uma vez, não pedi.

Teleurstellend
Pros:

De grootte van de kamers, het ontbijt.

Cons:

Bij de ontvangst voelden wij ons niet welkom. Er was geen bar, en als je bij het zwembad wilde zitten werd er moeilijk gedaan. De drankjes moet je halen in de ontbijtzaal. Verder was de kamer niet schoon, er stond nog shampoo van de vorige mensen en er lagen haren in het bidet. Verder is het hotel vergane glorie en al zeker geen 5 sterren waardig.

Trotz kleiner Mängel empfehlenswert, da Lage und Zimmer sehr gut
Pros:

Lage perfekt:400 m zur Altstadt, 700 m zur Kathedrale.
Sehr großes, zwar etwas altmodisch aber elegantes Interieur.
Parken im Haus( 15 € ) zu empfehlen
Lokale, alles in wenigen Minuten erreichbar.
Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden

Cons:

5* etwas zu hoch gegriffen da Sauberkeit und Frühstückspersonal verbesserungsfähig.
Trotzdem empfehlenswert.
Unmöglich das "Caffee" am Nachmittag. Es gibt nichts außer Getränken!!!!!
