V small pool area, part of the hotel seems to be rented out looking onto the pool area ? could see plants and different curtains but appeared to be same building?

Not 5 star at all, no bathrobes, slippers or iron
No free water provided in room
It is a nice hotel, on a good location, just outside the busy centre, but within 10 minute walk from the cathedral. Overall note a five star experience. Can imagine this once was a five star hotel, but is has seen its best days. Lobby looks great and impressive. Room very big and nice bathroom with lovely smelling amenities. However, the room was outdated, had big balcony, whih was more or less just a concrete box with one wobbly plastic chair. Also the first hotel in Spain without a free bottle water in the room. My luggage got delivered at the hotel, but hadn’t been send to the room yet. I don’t mind carryingmy own, but then again…from a five star you expect more service than this. Pool was small, with some plastic deckchairs around it. Pool is tucked between high buildings and the wellness they advertise with is a small infrared sauna cabin that you need to turn on via the reception. Breakfast was overall ok, but not a five star experience as well in terms of freshness and choice. And a tv switched on very loud, although this happens a lot in Spain.
Well-located property with secure parking. Huge room, clean and comfortable. Large variety of food available at breakfast. Husband said the sauna was very good (ask for it to be heated - takes about half an hour).
Worth noting that the swimming pool isn’t very user friendly. It is 1.6m deep throughout and only accessible via ladder. There is also a large gap between the water level and side of the pool so you can’t even hang onto the side. Basically, once you’re in, you have to keep swimming! I liked the pool, but it would be difficult for children or less confident swimmers. Nice quiet area for sitting on a lounger and plenty of large parasols.

Las instalaciones no eran de un hotel de 5 estrellas, no nos limpiaron la habitación durante estancia, tuvimos que pedir cambio de toallas. El desayuno era de un 3 estrellas como mucho. Muy fuera de categoría y de precio

Cinq étoiles très pâles, hôtel très ancien dans son jus. Ne mérite pas plus que 3 étoiles
Localização, espaço
El trato del personal es excelente. La ubicación es buena y la habitación triple era gigante, el baño también y además tenía terraza.
El sofá-cama era muy incómodo, se te clavaba una barra de hierro en la espalda. Esto es una pena, porque un hotel de esa categoría debería ofrecer una cama supletoria en mejores condiciones. Todos los huéspedes de la habitación tienen que dormir bien, con la misma comodidad.
La ubicación excelente, muy bien cerca a un centro comercial por si te falta algo.
Que cuando pregunte si la habitación estaba lista dijo sí.
Pero cuando entre a descansar por el viaje.
Me encontré que el inodoro estaba dañado y no paraba de llenar agua .
Tampoco no tenía gel de ducha.
También quería ver ver TV .el control dañado....
Creo que la habitación la habían echó rápido y si revísala...
Me da que para un hotel de 5 estrellas éstos detalles no pueden suceder...

Excelente ubicación para explorar el casco histórico de Santiago, ya que el hotel se encontraba justo en el borde. Habitación muy limpia, bien iluminada y de gran tamaño, cumpliendo con todas las expectativas de un hotel de esta categoría. Buena relación calidad-precio. Aparcamiento en párking público justo debajo del hotel, con ascensor directo a las habitaciones.
Piscina pequeña y con horario reducido, lo que impedía darse un baño por la tarde tras regresar de explorar Santiago.
Tout était parfait. Literie. Propreté. Petit déjeuner très copieux. Du saumon fumé 👍. Le calmé. La grandeur. L'attention à l'arrivée. Room service. Petit chocolat 🍫 sous oreillers. Boissons frigo gratuite.....peut être car je n'ai pas paye.
Manque de décoration moderne et à la piscine vue pas top. Peut-être un rafraîchissement de l'extérieur mais c'était très propre
L'emplacement parfait pour découvrir la ville. L'attention du personnel, le petit déjeuner au top, beaucoup de choix.
J'ai trouvé des vêtements dans le coffre fort.
