Cons:

L’expérience dans cet hôtel a été globalement décevante.
La nourriture est de mauvaise qualité et le choix est très limité. De plus, toutes les boissons sont payantes, y compris l’eau, ce qui est surprenant pour un établissement de cette catégorie.
Le parking est également payant, ce qui ajoute des frais supplémentaires non négligeables.
Les matelas ne sont pas confortables, ce qui nuit à la qualité du séjour. Enfin, les équipements de la chambre sont de qualité médiocre et ne correspondent pas au standing annoncé de l’hôtel.

Not a 4 star hotel.
Pros:

The location was good and the front pool was clean

Cons:

It took over 1 hour to queue for the reception desk to check in. The pace of the reception staff was slower than slow and there were only 4 ahead of us in the queue. There was no air con and there were families queuing with small children. Water was not offered or available. The room was dated, cracked floor tiles and patio door lock was not working. I told the reception staff that the air con was not working, they told me there is no Air conditioning in winter… it was April and the room was unbearably hot. I asked if they could provide me with a fan, I was told they don’t provide fans and I should leave the patio door open!I told the reception staff that it not appropriate, or safe as a single occupant to leave the patio door open. After 2 nights of no sleep, the air con was turned on. The “hot” buffet breakfast was cold at best. The price of soft drinks, water and alcohol was very expensive. The noise on the corridors at night was intolerable, I did call reception to report this but no action was taken. The hotel is listed as 4 Stars, it is a poor 3 Star at best. I won’t be returning

Overall it was a chilled and relaxing stay, very clean hotel

Mass industry holiday - the dining experience feels like being fed like an animal in a noisy barn

Breakfast + dinning experience: Huge selection, but poor quality / industrial, hyper‑processed food

The location, in front of the beach

Cons:

Our room was overlooking construction work, and it was just on top of the kids playground. Very noisy. I would not recommend the hotel for a couple.

Won’t be returning . It is not a 4 star hotel.

The front pool was clean and the reception was inviting

Cons:

The rooms are very dated , lots of cracked tiles, the patio doors don’t close or lock properly. The price of coffee, tea, soft drinks and especially alcohol is extremely expensive. I complained about the heat in the room, I was told there is no climate control AC in winter… it was April! I asked for a fan and was told they don’t provide fans and maybe I should leave the patio doors open. I paid €711 for a 3 night stay Bed and Breakfast single occupancy. This hotel proports to be a 4 star… it’s a poor 3 star.
