Big hotel with excellent staff who go out of the way to help you
Pros:

The staff were very attentive, helpful the friendly. It is a big hotel with lots of people to cater for but you could always find a place that was calm and out of the way.

Cons:

Maybe it needs a bit more outside space in the evening, especially if you do not want to participate in the evening entertainment.

Les réceptionnistes etaient gentil, Marina et Rafa.

Cons:

Le nouveau bâtiment est en plein travaux. On a passé notre temps en chaussure dans la chambre car elle était toujours poussiéreuse des travaux. Il n’y a eu aucun coup d'aspirateur de tout notre séjour de 4 nuits. Il faut savoir qu’on a changé 3 fois de chambre et le constat est le même à l’étage 9, 8 et 7. Odeur d’égout au 9ème étage, Le sèche cheveux, le téléphone ne fonctionnait pas au 8ème, on a dû prevenir la reception pour faire venir quelqu'un. Du bruit de scie circulaire et marteau dès 8h45. On entends les gens dans le couloir, ca résonne beaucoup. 1 ascenseur fonctionnel sur 2 et en plus tout petit. Ce batiment ne devrait meme pas etre loué aux voyageurs. C’est inadmissible et honteux de faire payer autant pour passer un séjour dans le bruit et la saleté.
Petit déjeuné de faible qualité, fruit sans goût. Je ne recommande pas du tout cet hébergement si vous voulez vous détendre et passer un moment agréable.

OK vooe één nacht
Pros:

Hadden een vroeg ontbijt dat helemaal ok was. Het avondeten in buffetvorm was zeer lekker.

Cons:

Veel kinderen, met nogal wat geluidsoverlast. Koelkast maakt nogal lawaai.
