A family visit in Benidorm
Pros:

Clean and the staff are very nice, especially for meal service. Maintenance very quick response. Food is OK. Good parking but €19 per night.

Cons:

Pool is very small and poor entertainment on the nights we were there. Could have provided blankets for the bed… only a sheet. Only two hangers in the wardrobes.

No vuelvo a ese hotel
Pros:

La comida bien y el personal de cocina excelente

Cons:

Aunque tenia el cartel de NO MOLESTAR, entraron a mi habitación y estábamos mi pareja y yo desnudos dentro.. Un irrespeto total a nuestra privacidad. Además el estado de la habitación, paredes sucias y descuido en la habitación y el baño, vasos sucios, bañera sucia, etc.. Verdaderamente el mantenimiento en ese hotel debe ser mejorado.

Great Hotel to Relax Poolside!
Pros:

The staff was amazing -- reception, restaurant, and cleaning staff. The very attentive and kind recreation trainees invited us to multiple activities around the pool each day and evening entertainment. We looked forward to seeing them everyday!
Friendly bartenders and life guards. The large pool area with fountains was a beautiful tropical paradise.

Cons:

Our room was minimal. Three comfortable beds with a top sheet. No blanket. Great pillows though. We didn't spend much time in the room otherwise a balcony and mini bar would have been nice. The pool between the two buildings could have benefitted from some palm trees to make it more inviting...and a privacy screen from the street traffic.

Not bad for the price
Pros:

I liked the price. The staff at check in and check out seemed friendly. It's basically on the strip if that's what you're going for, it's great. If not, it can be noisy from outside.

Cons:

The rooms need updating and weren't the cleanest. The balcony was full of deep cracks. The cleanliness was the best. The hair dryer worked for 60 seconds and then cut out. We only had breakfast once at the hotel but it wasn't the nicest, we preferred to eat out. There are blankets on the beds, beds in Spain are never comfortable but only a sheet was given and it was very cold. Can be noisy at time as you are so close to the strip.

Insist on a balcony over looking the pool

Would return! Great location and Pool!
Pros:

What a fantastic hotel for a girls trip! Great locaion, pool is AMAZING! We were B & B and was great!

Cons:

Possibly longer breakfast! Maybe until 11am.
