Disgusting Racist Staff! Staff and managers are rude, and very racist towards British tourists. do not waste your money. Stay somewhere you will feel respected.

Lovely location prime for the strip, shops etc. Room was lovely and spacious with a bath and balcony, However the housekeeping at this hotel needs to seriously improve. We had to constantly ask for clean towels daily, the cleaners literally make the beds and leave. We asked daily for our floor to be swept/hoovered but this was still not done and we stayed 7 days. Not once did i see a cleaner with a hoover or even a sweeping brush. When you raise these issues all you get is 'ok i ask the team'. The cleaners came to change the beds whilst i had just got out of the bath didn't knock or anything and I mentioned the floors and just got 'I do beds only'. No shampoo or condtioner top ups either. However the food was a good selection every day.
The rooms don't come with a kettle and its £25 euro refunded when u leave but when I asked for one i got told there was none left sorry.
The pool has a steep drop into it which is no good for elderly or those with mobilty issues, several times I had to help people into the pool, I also couldnt stand in the pool at all ( I am 5ft 2) and there is no signs telling you how deep the water is.

Personally I won't stay here again, if you do bring a dustpan and a travel kettle.

After reading reviews we were dreading coming here but we had the best time ever I would not hesitate to book again, staff were friendly the location was excellent, we had the all inclusive and the food was great lots to choose from, great entertainment every night, rooms were clean and fresh towels daily.

Upon arriving at the hotel, myself and my autistic daughter were placed in a ‘family’ room on the 8th floor of the Ocas building. These rooms have no balcony for safety reasons. I have no idea why we were placed there as we are two grown women.
I was horrified to learn that not only did we not have a balcony but the air con didn’t work either. In 30 degree heat.
I complained and was told to keep the window tightly closed as the air con works on a sensor.
By the third day, I went back to reception angry and tired due to lack of sleep in the heat. This time an engineer was sent out. He pulled a hammer and other tools that were above the unit from the last attempted repair and switched the air con back on as the unit had been disabled in the ceiling.
From that point on, the air con leaked. A lot. And the light next to it flickered and eventually failed.
I had to put towels down to stop my daughter slipping and complained again. No joy.
House keeping called by and told me to report it to reception. I told him that I had. He took videos and pictures and brought lots more towels and promised it would be reported as a matter of urgency.
It was never dealt with.
I’d like to add that during this whole time, the hairdryer never worked either and one of the only two sockets in the room was broken also for the entirety of our stay despite complaints.
The food was standard. It was okay, the towels and bedding were changed every day, the room was filthy with little hand prints and questionable smears over the walls. The pools were lovely.
My daughter hadn’t flown for ten years previously due to her difficulties and she has said that she won’t again.
We really couldn’t wait to go home.

Just back from hotel. Was dreading going after reading some of the reviews, however i was pleasantly surprised.
Room was absolutely fine, clean and spacious. Cleaned everyday. Only down side is noise. We stayed in 1235 which is first row of rooms on main road facing small pool. The doors aren’t sound proof and you hear alot of the passing strip goers making all sorts of noise up to about 4/5am
Pool- great size of pool, plenty of sunbeds. The pool is closed until 9am, people queueing pointlessly from 8.30. I joined around 8.50 because there was 11 of us so liked to be together. Never had an issue getting one. For size of pool i feel no inflatables or balls is a shame. Lifeguard loves sound of his whistle.
Food- breakfast great plenty of choices, never used restaurant for lunch always used pool bar which had usual burgers hot dogs toasties, also nice pastries yoghurts and fruit. Dinner i felt was a bit of a hit and miss, always something to have though.
Im not sure i would stay here again solely on location, the hotel is right on start of strip so not ideal with young kids or parents.

Stayed here with family two child and grandparents. Check in took a long time 45mins at 1am Travelling with a baby and at 1st said there wasn't a cot available. Luckily I had screen shot a message from on the beach who we had booked with saying there would be a cot. After a bit of a debate a cot was found . Room was clean and good for a family room. No balcony but suited us with little kids.

Food- was fine. Themed meals a bit strange but always found something to eat and for the children. 1.30 pm was a bit late for lunch in the main restaurant so used the snack bar

Staff - the guy who did the pool activities such as the water carpet was fab with children and remembered my little girls name which she loved. Kids disco was a bit rubbish only 4 song could have been longer and late at 8.30. The staff came around when eating tea to tell you about the entertainment and kids club...was a bit strange and seemed desperate for kids to join the kids club... not our cup of tea.

Pool.... the big pool was lush. Very deep though and the stairs where a bit deadly as it suddenly dropped. No inflatables or ball games in the big pool but could in the small pool. Always found 4 sunbeds together.

5 mins walk to the beach and 20 mins to old town or a taxi was about 6 euros.

Rude staff all inclusive watered down alcohol no kettle room air was horrendous.lifts was a battle in itself disgusting pillows and bedding stayed10 days with my brother never got bedding changed or towels . Loud music all night I will not be going there again the place is a fraud

Currently still on holiday here, me & my partner came for 6 nights B&B. We arrived on Tuesday at 2PM and told us our room would be ready in 15 mins… 4:15PM the room was eventually ready. Rooms are basic but generally clean, aircon is okay but not amazing. Maids come in everyday however did not change sheets or towels everyday. It was generally busy & lots of English which is ideal. Pool area is clean & always sun beds free throughout the day. They have aqua aerobics on about 11ish & volley ball in the pool after 3 but other than that not much going on. There is no music around the pool, only in the snack bar. Snack bar food is decent & breakfast has a good selection of food, if you want a full English then it’s ideal. The entertainment on a night is in the Ocas part of the hotel and we never went as we decided to go down the strip instead. I’d say the main down fall is the hotel walls are paper thin you can literally hear everyone’s conversations & if people are knocking on people’s doors it sounds like they braying on yours. Overall I’d probs stay somewhere else next time just purely because I like abit music around the pool. Location is ideal as it’s right on the strip but not right where all the bars are which is handy for those who do want abit kip as like I said you can hear everything. Not sure how much the hotel was alone but we paid £620 each, I’d personally not pay anymore then £350 for the hotel alone. Hotel Ambassador is abit more pricey but is still my favourite hotel after being to Benidorm 6 times.

The hotel was very nice with amazing entertainment. The entertainment staff were especially good. Incredibly friendly and always happy to help. Ana was extremely fun at entertaining all guests and nothing seemed to be to much trouble for her, she always had a smile on her face and did absolutely everything she could to make your holiday the best it could. Always full of energy and if I was in the hotel business I know she would be a huge asset to my team.

The pool

Everything was amazing, our room was so clean, bathroom was spacious and balcony was good. Our food within the hotel was amazing and location was so close to everything.

The hotel has a great central location, close to the strip and the beach front. The rooms are very basic, the shower was dreadful and bathroom door handle broken, plus main room floor dirty. The breakfast food was ok, but evening meal choice limited and quality pretty poor. Lovely friendly staff welcoming into the restaurant but otherwise had a rather unfriendly attitude.

Horrible I hated this place there was women with no bra not being told off and the hotel rooms were disgustingly filthy the staff are so rude and ignorant and they keep doing day light robbery because you get a drink you have a cup you return it and you get a token but if you recent the token you get a cup with ice and you must pay extra for the actual drink and it's just a loop taking your money and the food is disgusting my mother had projectile vomiting over a burger and I felt sick after fish and chips I do not recommend this hotel for family and for anyone.
