Great place
Staff friendly very clean
The room was huge and very clean
Beds were very comfy
Just returned home from short break, stayed at this hotel before, it is close to the nightlife.
The hotel staff are friendly, check-in was quick. Hired a kettle for €25 got €20 back it was delivered to room with paper cups and a small selection of coffee, tea and milks which was good.
The room was very clean, comfy beds clean linen and clean towels. Shower gel, shampoo and hand wash provided.
Smoking allowed on balcony.
Breakfast was adequate something for everyone!
We ate lunch at the Bulldog a couple of times would have gone back but it was raining! Highly recomended staff lovely!
Also highly recomended is the Kathmandu restaurant wonderful indian/ nepelise delish food and friendly staff!
If you love the series Benidorm go to Mateos bar ok for a quick drink lots of memorabilia!
Check in and check out was quick and friendly and everything was always well explained.
My room was small, but I was travelling solo so it was fine for me. Everywhere in the hotel was clean and my room was cleaned daily. There was a great walk in shower in the bathroom. I enjoyed relaxing round the pool a few times, except for my last day when other guests were drinking their own cans and bottles of alcohol. They were very loud and became aggressive towards each other which was a very uncomfotable experience. I was glad this was my last day as I'd enjoyed everything up until then. The pancakes and chicken sausages at breakfast were good and plenty of feuit, meats and cheeses. The citrus infused water was lovely.
We are currently staying in Benidorm for a hotel review, and unfortunately our experience has been disappointing.
Although our room was clean, it was very basic. The paintwork on the walls was mismatched, with different shades used that made the room feel poorly maintained and unfinished.
The bar staff were consistently miserable and uncooperative, which made it uncomfortable to approach the bar. Friendly and welcoming service makes such a difference to a stay, and sadly that was lacking here.
The food was also repetitive, with the same options served day after day and very little variation. We never used the food for 2 days out of our stay. But when asking for a bottle of water before 10.30 we were refused. We were all inclusive yet got refused water because it was before 10.30 am. So there’s nothing to eat if you wanted anything after dinner or nothing before breakfast. The main bar man was so rude to customers at the bar. Disgusting manor
This is actually our second stay at this hotel. Our previous experience was very unpleasant, but we decided to give it another chance. Sadly, we won’t be giving it a third.
The only real positive is the location, which is excellent. However, aside from that, the overall experience has not met expectations. We strongly feel that staff would benefit from customer service training to improve the guest experience.
We arrived on the 23rd March for seven nights. This is a great hotel, the staff were very helpfull and the food was excellent. It has a great location with a five to six minute walk to the beach and even shorter to the main strip. Even though it is near to the strip there was no noise at night.
We would recommend this hotel and hopefully come back in the future.
Beds were comfy, breakfast was excellent, lifts were fast and efficient
Garage key card did not work on exit had to wait for another car to enter to get to car then wait for another car to exit to get out, ridiculous!
Came back from my stay at this hotel 25 Feb 2026 and dont think ill be back unless there is a good offer on.
The location is great. Close to shops bars and beach.
The rooms were OK but not all plug sockets seemed to work and they could do with a bit of updating. Someone in the room above was having a shower and we noticed grit from ceiling had come through into our bath.
The pool is massive and is a nice chilled area.
Meals were OK. Always found something nice to eat. Breakfast was really good.
Staff on reception were welcoming and friendly.
The main grip I had was the lack of signage outside bar area for smoking and non smoking areas.
This caused a few heated discussions between bar staff and guests because they would tell people smoking to move in a not polite way to smoking area even though there was nothing to say you can't smoke and embarresd guests as they were pointed to 3 scruffy chairs shoved up a corner with no sign saying smoking area. Most people comply to this rule if they are aware of it.
Many other hotels have stickers on tables or big signs staying "No smoking" or "Smoking area" and at least have a couple of tables and more chairs so you dont have to leave drinks and bags unattended. I agree smoking is very unpopular but people will always do it and should catered for.
Apart from that I would say its not a bad hotel but there are far better ones close by it.
We have been coming, the same time every year to this same hotel for 4 years. Never had a problem at all with the hotel, except this year the food wasn’t as great as usual with much less choice.
We were also on the 10th floor and the room could do with a little refurb, but we appreciate that with the ocas getting done, this might be next.
After saying all of that, we had ANOTHER fab holiday so thank you and big should out to Raul from the bar. He has remembered us every single year and welcomed us like family.
Until next year…
Our recent holiday experience was highly positive, largely due to the exceptional and consistently friendly and helpful staff. Upon arrival, we were assigned a room on the 8th floor. However, as one member of our party has a significant fear of heights, we communicated this concern during check-in. The staff promptly assured us they would endeavor to relocate us to a lower floor the following morning, a promise they successfully fulfilled by providing a first-floor room.
The room itself was commendable, though the addition of a kettle and a few mugs would enhance the guest experience, aligning with amenities typically found in other three-star international hotels. While the food selection was somewhat repetitive, we consistently found suitable options. We noted the use of a hard cheese on pizzas that did not melt, even when microwaved, which was a curious choice. Introducing themed dinner nights, such as Spanish, Chinese, or Mexican cuisine, could significantly enhance the dining experience.
We thoroughly enjoyed breakfast, despite observing some guests expressing dissatisfaction. It is important to remember that you are in Spain, and therefore, British-style bacon and sausages should not be expected, a common characteristic of all-inclusive resorts we have previously visited.
The hotel maintained a high standard of cleanliness, and the swimming pool was impressively large. We have some reservations regarding the practicality of limiting the smoking area to four individuals simultaneously, particularly during peak summer periods.
The hotel's location is excellent, offering convenient walking access to the main strip and other essential amenities. We would certainly consider returning for another visit.
We loved our holiday. The food is repetitive but nice. The place is spotless. Carlos was so friendly and helpful. All of the staff were always smiling. Javi was fantastic as well. Definitely will visit again

Went here with my friends and have been treat like royalty, special thanks to Carlos, raul, and hector they have been amazing service and have thoroughly surpassed all
Expectations, incredibly and friendly and useful
Nothing but positives about my stay! I came with four friends and we stayed on the 4th floor. We couldn’t check in while 4pm but we were able to store our luggage. The hotel staff were lovely from front of house to the cleaning staff. Our rooms were cleaned to a good standard and we had fresh towels daily. The food was lovely with a good choice( the shepherds pie was amazing) The pool area was lovely and we were lucky to have some really good weather while we were there. The drinks prices were reasonable too. I would definitely stay here again and the location is good too.
Good atmosphere javi was the most helpful guy he made everyone feel so welcome and made everyone’s day
