Clean and tidy . Friendly staff
The tokens for the plastic drinks cups for outside was stupid , if you wanted a Fanta you could only get a small one , it’s Fanta for godsake just let a kid have a large one

The pool area was amazing and entertainment staff were nice
The 2 single beds pushed together to make a double moved every time you turned over or moved. When the cleaners done the room they just made the bed they didn’t change the sheets once in the 7 nights we were there. There was glasses we had took up from the bar that wasn’t removed, the food was awful mostly the evening meal most nights ranging from dry pasta, dry meat, the only thing half decent was the pudding and even that is pushing it. We ate out most meals don’t go half board or all inclusive it’s a waste of money. The desk staff and staff in the food hall were so rude and not helpful at all the security staff and entertainment staff were the only ones to say good morning or make any type of eye contact and greet you
Great location and super helpful and friendly staff. Breakfast was excellent, room on 14th floor was spacious with excellent views. Entertainment was also excellent. Guest relations is a standout factor in this hotel, thoroughly excellent. We stayed here when our kids were younger, it’s definitely improved.
Noisy from drunk and selfish people. Dirty, there was vomit on the outside of the basin in the toilet. Bed was very, very hard - should offer toppers for those with back or hip complaints.
It was really good rooms were clean. Loved the food especially the puddings. Shput out to jaxvi the activities leader at the hotel amazing stay would stay again. The value for money was good. We went half board and it was nice. The location was really good you could not hear any noise from the strip.
Read a lot of negative reviews, i have been here 4 days, as soon as i arrived checked in, in minutes no long wait, granted the hotel is quiet , the room is clean and tidy very acceptable the shower is powerfull and hot, the staff are very friendly, the food has been fantastic plenty of choice, roast beef, roast pork , i havent felt the need to eat out, , i think people just like to complain or expect a 4 star hotel for 3 star money, i will definitely be returning
