Not worth the price.
Pros:

The room was nice and clean.

Cons:

Staff when checking in was very rude. Paid for all inclusive, big mistake. Food was inedible and we had to eat out for all meals. Very disappointing.

It’s the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at.
Pros:

It was close to Outside Entertainment

Cons:

I was in room 1329. There is a crack in the wall next to the room door which causes the door frame to wobble. Inside the room the walls are stained and scuffed. When I asked one one of the cleaning staff , I think she may have been the cleaning supervisor, if she was aware of this I was met with a shrug and a “si”.
I assumed this attitude would be representative of the rest of the staff so chose not to pursue the matter further. Putting up with it until it was time to leave.

Great but couple of improvements to make it as good as previous years
Pros:

Fantastic location and the staff are great particularly the cleaning staff who sorted room every day.

Cons:

Travelling with pals and asked as in previous years for rooms near each other and on same floor, which has happened every year with no issue. But this year put in two separate buildings and on floor 5 and 4, even tho we requested this months ago, so not as good as previous
