No modo geral foi muito boa .
Pros:

As piscina e o átrio do hotel .

Cons:

Da limpeza nos quartos , poderiam ser mais rigorosos não só tirar toalhas .
Tirar lixo e pelo menos aspirar ou varrer , são hotéis de praia e mais que se tire as areias levasse sempre areia .

Pros:

Me gusto la piscina y la ubicación.

Cons:

Le hace falta mucho mantenimiento a las instalaciones. El desayuno es muy mejorable, nuy baja calidad la comida . La habitación no estaba muy limpia. Pero supongo que hay que reforzar el equipo de limpieza. Me molesto que una de las chicas estaba limpiando las zonas comunes con un agua muy negra, parecía de alcantarilla y dejaba un olor muy malo.

La grande piscine lagon

Cons:

Chambre au deuxième étage donnant sur les cuisines avec odeurs de cuisine et bruit continu des climatiseurs ou appareillages de cuisine
La clientèle pas très classe
Le personnel qui dans sa grande majorité n’est ni aimable ni souriant … pas tous , bien sûr .
Le café du restaurant, particulièrement pas bon , comme celui de SOL Marbella d’ailleurs.

Sol by Melia Pelicanos is the worst location I ever stayed and the all inclusive is not all inclusiv
Pros:

The first tower they assigned us was very old and poorly maintained. The bathtub was black with dirt and stains, the walls were peeling and losing their paint, and the room was missing a fire/smoke detector, which raised serious safety concerns.
The beds were extremely hard and uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep.
The "all-inclusive" package is also misleading. Guests are not allowed to take food from the pool bar to their rooms, even if it has already been paid for through the all-inclusive package. In addition, some food items at the pool bar are not included and require an extra charge, so it is not truly a full all-inclusive experience.
Another disappointment was that the hotel does not provide complimentary pool towels, which is something I would expect from an all-inclusive resort.
Overall, the facilities and the all-inclusive service did not meet my expectations, and I was very disappointed with the experience.

Cons:

Most of the staff members were rude and unfriendly, especially in the all-inclusive area by the pool. One employee in particular, Maria, was consistently unprofessional and made us feel unwelcome throughout our stay.
On our very first day, my son became seriously ill shortly after eating at the pool bar. He developed severe stomach pain, and we suspect it was food poisoning. While we cannot say for certain what caused it, he had to deal with significant discomfort, which was a very upsetting way to start our vacation.

Es lindo mejor de lo que te imaginas solo mal servicio de limpieza en las habitaciones

El personal es súper agradable y atentos

Cons:

La limpieza en la habitación me dejaron la sábanas sucias que mi hija vomito por algo que le cayó mal coloque en la puerta para que limpiaran y solo tendieron las sábanas sucias

Disappointed!!
Pros:

We are currently still staying here. Hotel is standard we had no expectations.

Food mmm has good options but its always warm/cold not hot.

Very disappointed in the fact just because we are half board we are not entitled to a fizzy drink with our meal.
Just a fruit juice from the machine which is horrid.

No tea or coffee options available unless its breakfast.

Some staff come across rude.
Very spainish orientated considering the fact the hotel is famous due to the tv show. English dont seem to get treated the same

Likely I wont stay here again unfortunately

Not a bad week but
Pros:

Had a good weeks holiday here some very good points, I thought the food was excellent, plenty of choice! Shower one of the best I have come across, plenty of power and nice room. BUT the lifts were slow especially at meal times a tip would be go early. Charging for the safe is a bit petty in this day and age especially as they are old and require you to carry a key around with you. If you have to charge at least update them so they are on a code. It was a bit cold of an evening and the duvet very thin so I asked for an extra one. Housekeeping brought one up but on putting it on the bed I noticed an awful dried blood spot. I was going to take it down but thought they will change it when they make the room, but they didn't ALL WEEK! Finally despite a notice in the room saying they would be removed, people were reserving loungers with towels and no staff were enforcing that rule. Really annoying.

Rien, c’était insalubre la piscine puait la canalisation. Les chambres étaient dégueulasse. Les ascenseurs ne fonctionnaient pas la nourriture, elle était froide et nous avons dû annuler car j’ai eu ma fille qui a était affectée à cause de la piscine et ils nous ont pas remboursé 2000 €

Nous avons dû réserver un autre hôtel. Il faut surtout pas séjourner dans cet hôtel.
