Pros:

La posizione è molto buona a pochi passi dalla spiaggia e principali negozi. Struttura nel complesso confortevole e pulita. Lo staff è cordiale e disponibile. Parcheggio comodo.

Cons:

La varietà del cibo da un giorno all'altro, in pratica abbiamo avuto la stessa proposta a cena per 10gg, la qualità della carne "rossa" e sicuramente da rivedere.

Our stay was fantastic!
Pros:

Hotel location was excellent, beautiful beach and very nice rooms. Staff was very friendly and helped with any matter. Kids club was amazing :) I will recommend this hotel to all my friends.

Good and bad
Pros:

The location is bang on close to shops and the most stunning beach. Was very happy with the accommodation itself. Modern, with 2 tvs and loads of storage. We had a ground floor suite amongst the lovely gardens which is very well kept. There isn't a kettle in the junior suite but I purchased a travel one before we came and checked with the hotel they said it was fine to bring. The swimming pool is heated, which is nice not getting in to a stone cold pool. It can get busy with pool activities at certain times of the day.

Cons:

The food was ok breakfast better than the evening meal in my opinion. There's a coffee machine with choice of different coffees, fruit juice machine (the best fruit juice I've ever had) and lots of breakfast options. There really isn't enough main meal options what is there is very basic quality. Enjoyed the different salads, cheeses, meats and breads but gets a bit tedious after a few days. There was always some kind of fish dish every night, pizza which was thrown together and bland with just cheese and tomato toppings and the beefburger was dry my husband did enjoy the chili and we both enjoyed the pork. Wine and beer is included in the half board option with your evening meal at a serve yourself drinks machine. Puddings are ok nothing really outstanding. By day 5 we'd started to get a bit fed up of the evening meal and there isn't much to our taste restaurant wise close by unless you like fish and tapas there is a Chinese not far from the hotel a 5 minute walk which was enjoyable and an Italian in Morro Jable which was also very good. Another downfall was the cleaners forgetting to leave clean towels and an extra toilet roll to last you a couple of times I had to go to reception or ask the clearers for fresh towels/toilet roles. If you like watching TV they don't cater for the English only 2 channels DMAX and BBC news. We brought our Amazon stick but was unable to use in both of the TVs due to not being able to get to the hdmi port. It's also very hilly around the grounds if you struggle with mobility issues it could be an issue although there is a lift. Despite a few negatives value wise, being modern and the location was what made me choose this hotel in the area.
