Das Hotel ist wirklich wunderschön gestaltet, vor allem der Garten. Man hat nicht das Gefühl in einem doch relativ großen Hotel zu sein. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, sodass man sich schon beim Ankommen sehr willkommen fühlt.
Die modernen Zimmer und der Balkon mit Blick auf den Teide waren genau nach unserem Geschmack.
Das Frühstück und Abendessen war auch wunderbar und alles richtig lecker. Es gibt reichlich Auswahl am Buffet und das Abendessen ist sehr abwechslungsreich. Die zusätzliche Grillstation mit frisch zubereiteten Gerichten war auch toll.

Cons:

Wer es nachts komplett dunkel möchte, sollte eine Schlafmaske mitbringen. Der Feuermelder blinkt ununterbrochen und die Fenster im Bad und am Eingang lassen sich nicht verdunkeln.
Uns hat außerdem etwas Licht bei den Spiegeln am Waschbecken gefehlt.

Pros:

Un soggiorno davvero meraviglioso! La piscina all’aperto è spettacolare, la colazione è di altissimo livello e la camera era spaziosa, pulitissima e praticamente come nuova. Il personale è sempre gentile e disponibile. L’hotel è bellissimo, con una splendida vista sul Monte Teide. L’atmosfera è tranquilla e rilassante, senza bambini, perfetta per godersi pace e riposo. Assolutamente consigliato!

Cons:

La qualità del cibo al bar della piscina potrebbe essere migliore. Trovare parcheggio in strada non è sempre facile, anche se si trova a breve distanza a piedi. Inoltre, la finestra accanto alla porta non si può oscurare e la luce intermittente del rilevatore di fumo in camera può essere fastidiosa di notte.

Pros:

El mejor desayuno en el que he estado 1000/10, tenía absolutamente de todo y todo buenísimo. Además, tiene una terraza donde desayunar con vistas al Teide.
La habitación nueva, cómoda y sin ruidos. El personal súper amable y atento.
Los árboles y plantas del hotel dan paz y sensación de estar en medio de la selva. Hotel perfecto para descansar y relajarse.

Cons:

Nada podía estar mejor, ningún 'pero'.

Pros:

Le personnel professionnel, très aimable, au service du client quelques en soient les demandes, le cadre , la propreté exemplaire, le buffet petit déjeuner, la grandeur de la chambre et literie confortable, le calme .

Cons:

Matériel de chambre minimaliste ( pas de klenex, rien dans le mini bar , manque de dosette café, la salle de bain dans la suite junior ( d’un côté douche et wc et dans l’entrée de la chambre les deux vasques )les peignoirs sont de taille petite. Certaines chambres manquent de luminosité si vous êtes vue jardin
Grand point négatif : Pas de parking ( très difficile pour se garer dans les rues )alors qu’Une voiture est indispensable ou un taxi si vous souhaitez aller dans le centre ville qui est très sympathique
