Schönes Hotel abseits vom Trubel
Pros:

Die Zimmer waren sauber und modern eingerichtet.
Das Personal war freundlich und bemüht unseren Aufenthalt angenehm zu gestalten. Ausstattung war sehr gut von Handtüchern, Betten, Fernseher bis kostenloses Wasser im Zimmer. Aussicht vom Balkon zum Poolbereich war auch sehr schön. Anlage mit den Palmen war sehr schön. kostenloses parken war an der Straße problemlos möglich.

Cons:

Gym zu klein für 5* Hotel und es hat dort unten stark nach Abfluss gerochen.
Es gab keine Möglichkeit mit der Klimaanlage im Zimmer zu heizen. Frühstück war nicht so üppig.

Super personnel, tres bon buffet, et tres bon rapport qualité prix

Cons:

La piscine pourrait etre chauffé plus chaude, la lumiere dans la chambre a cause d'une vite sans rideau sous une lumiere exterieur et cela dans toutes les chambres donc masque de nuit indispensable!
Voisins du dessus bruyants également avec bruits de pas jusqu'à assez tard

Frühstück war super gut. Pool war super. Zimmer (Junior Suite) war super. Garten sehr gepflegt. Schön ruhig und tolle Aussicht auf den Teide.

Новый ремонт и мебель, хорошая сантехника, фен, вентиляция в номере, просторные номера, удобная кровать и постельные принадлежности. Очень вкусные завтраки. Очень красивая зелёная территория, бассейн большой и чистый, с подогревом. Замечательный вид на вулкан

Персонал 50/50, половина работников внимательные, быстрые, половина забывают элементарно выдать карточки на пляжные полотенца и путают номера.

Cudowne miejsce , cisza , wśród zieleni , pokój nowy, basen czysty , zadbany . Śniadania obfite ,, różnorodne . Jeśli ktoś szuka ciszy , komfortu i świętego spokoju to polecam . Отель после реновации, все новое. Небольшая уютная территория. Приличные завтраки.Интернет хороший.

Персонал не улыбается и даже не все здороваются. В баре у бассейна приходилось ждать по 15-20 минут чтобы наконец тебя обслужили. Это не приемлемо для 5 звездного отеля.Там же в баре вместо свежевыжатого сока могут налить сок из пакета, увидев что мы заметили с нас не взяли денег.

Heerlijk verblijf!
Pros:

Het hotel is prachtig! De kamers zijn ook mooi en ruim. Het ontbijt was ook heel erg goed.

Cons:

Het centrum was redelijk ver lopen en het was moeilijk om een parkeerplek te vinden in de buurt van het hotel.

de kamers zijn zeer slecht geïsoleerd en erg gehorig. onze vakantie werd zeer stressvol door aanhoudend verschuiven van meubels door de gasten boven ons. Dan mag je nog 5* hebben dan haalt een adult only niets uit
