Perfect hotel and location. The staff are amazing, extremely kind and helpful. Room was very nice, clean and quiet.
I would put entertainment in the weekdays too not only the weekend.

This is our second time to this hotel and once again it’s been fantastic !! The calm relaxing nature of the hotel is one of the main reasons we returned along with the amazing food that’s offered and great drink selection!

What makes this hotel is its staff, I can honestly say each and every one of them work hard and are the so polite and professional! I would like to give Emilie a massive thank you, me and my partner has hired a car for the day to explore the island of Lanzarote and she took the time out to sit with us and explain all the amazing places and sights to visit around the island, providing a map and even messaged us with everything we had spoken about so we didn’t forget !! Emilie even approached us the following day to ask us how our exploring went ! She is a huge credit to the hotel!

The only one minor criticism at the hotel is the pool was freezing. I completely understand the time of year we came as January isn’t the hottest season but maybe a consideration around heating the pool in the colder months is something to consider? Understand it’s not just as easy as that but again that’s literally our own minor issue.

Stylish hotel with elements of design by César Manrique. Staff friendly and helpful at all times. Activities varied and plentiful, evening entertainment high quality and the food varied and good quality across the restaurants (particularly liked the La Graciosa for lunch with a view of the sea). Rooms always clean throughout the week. Location on the boardwalk to walk into Costa Teguise for shops and bars if you want to leave the hotel. Costa Teguise well located for sightseeing around the island. I don't normally return to the same hotel twice but might make an exception.

From the initial check in to the final check out, everything was amazing. Nothing was too much bother and everyone was helpful and friendly.

The concierge who helped us with our bags was fantastic, always smiling and offering assistance.

The bedroom was modern and bright with everything that you would need. The drinks in the mini bar were all top named drinks and were replenished on a daily basis. The bed was huge and was the most comfortable we have ever slept in. The huge pillows were also fab.

The restaurants and buffet had a great choice and never felt too busy. The staff were always offering drink top ups and clearing away plates. Again, nothing was too much bother.

The hotel itself is so beautiful and the interior is just amazing.

The pool is large and very cold, but do refreshing at the same time. There is never a problem getting a sunbed.

The entertainment team offers so many activities, but you never feel pressurised to join in. Erasmo was so friendly and always free for a chat. The glass necklace workshop was great.

The pool bar offers great drinks and cocktails. Isabel never stopped but always had a smile on her face.

An amazing hotel for a relaxing break. I would definitely recommend it.

If you’re expecting 5 stars you’re going to be disappointed! We upgraded to the “reserve” for an extra £1500 - was it worth it - no ! Please don’t waste your money !
We have stayed in many 5 star hotels and this doesn’t come close - the food is diabolical- repetitive & luke warm - same old same old every day and night. The entertainment at nighttime is shocking - no fancy shows like you get in other 5 star hotels.
Our bathroom doors were shabby (not what you expect for 5 star) also the air conditioning wasn’t working in the hotel at all and heard numerous people complaining about it .
The mini bar was rubbish - that’s if they could be bothered to come and bring us water !!
But will say this the staff was lovely.

Superb luxury hotel with wonderful welcoming staff. The cleaning staff also do an excellent job, all areas are extremely clean. This hotel provides a wide variety of food options, and plenty of relaxation areas in a beautiful landscaped setting. We must send a special shout out to Arrigo and Ana (reception), Pedro (Cappella restaurant), Miguel (Samira restaurant) - both of whom were so welcoming and looked after us so well when we dined with them - also Hegoa, Raquel, Barbara, Armando, Enesmo, Blen, Maria, Sonaya (infectiously enthusistic entertainment team). As Platinum members, we have visited this hotel many times over the years and look forward to returning and meeting up with our old friends very soon!

Fabulous staff. Very clean and comfortable hotel. Food is excellent with lots of choice and variety each day. The entertainment during our one week stay was well above average compared to other hotels. Worth paying for a sea view as it’s next to the beach but no need to upgrade to ‘The Reserve’ for €180 per day as I’m not sure it’s much better than the already very good standard.

The trip was fantastic and very relaxing.

Staff are welcoming, helpful, polite and friendly. Most speak at least one other language, I heard English, Italian and German being spoken alongside Spanish.

The hotel itself is amazing from its design, to cleanliness, to accessibility for those less mobile. The pool area is clean and well kept and has plenty of sunbeds available.

The rooms are large and modern and fully equipt with kettle, coffee machine, mini bar, safe etc. They also have good black out curtains for those who want to sleep during early sunrises. An extra bonus is the little balcony with a couple of chairs and majority of rooms have a lovely view. The bathroom/toilet is also modern and kept very clean.

You have a choice of buffet or a few on-site restaurants that are all part of the all inclusive price. No matter where you eat the food is top quality. There is a lovely bar area with live music most evenings. The drinks are well known brands and not the lesser known rocket fuel you experience at other places.

The spa area is very relaxing, staff are very helpful and friendly. The services offered are a little expensive but well worth the price.

Would highly recommend this adults only hotel.
