Great hotel with lovely, polite & helpful staff .. good location for a break in Valencia

El personal de desayuno lo único que valía la pena la verdad

Cons:

He estado en alojamientos rurales que ofrecían un nivel de servicio y atención superior al experimentado en este establecimiento, a pesar de su calificación de cinco estrellas. La experiencia general ha resultado un tanto decepcionante.

Al acceder a la habitación, observamos la presencia de objetos personales pertenecientes a huéspedes anteriores.

En cuanto al televisor, nos sorprendió encontrar un modelo sin Smart TV ni conexión a internet en un hotel de esta categoría. Su antigüedad era tal que el teletexto era la característica más destacada, lo cual nos resultó increíble.

El sistema de aire acondicionado produce un ruido considerable durante la noche, lo que dificulta el descanso y nos obliga a elegir entre soportar el calor o el ruido.

El servicio de habitaciones no cumplió nuestras expectativas, ya que tuvimos que recoger personalmente las bebidas solicitadas para la habitación en la terraza. Al parecer, este servicio no estaba incluido.

El personal de recepción nos pareció un tanto fatigado.

Por otro lado, el personal de la terraza y el área de desayuno fue muy amable y atento.

Consideramos que la calidad del desayuno es algo modesta para un hotel de esta categoría.

En resumen, no tenemos intención de regresar.

Tres tres mal, j’ai été chargé de 400€ juste parce la lampe de chevet ne fonctionnait pas et que j’ai changé de reparer
