Pros:

De ligging, prestigieus mooi hotel, zeer vriendelijk personeel!

Cons:

De wellness-ruimte. 35€ per persoon voor een uurtje en niet geprivatiseerd. 25€ voor fles cava bleek achteraf voor een klein flesje van 25cl.. Er is wel een mooi uitzicht maar de wellness op zich rechtvaardigd niet zulke prijzen.

Loved the stay. Would be happy to stay again if we return to Valencia.
Pros:

staff attitude was excellent. Great looking hotel. Very comfortable.

Cons:

I would have liked the Roof top terrace to have been open all day. I did not fancy having a drink on the pavement outside the ground floor bar (very good bar) due to proximity to traffic.

Pros:

Staff was professional.

Cons:

Room was supposed to be 25 square meters but because of a very large empty corridor, the room was much smaller than expected. Possibly due to this, bed was rather narrow. Besides the small size the bed had
shaky mattress. Breakfast was annoyingly simple even for couple of days stay.

I would and have recommended this place . It is so nice
Pros:

The size of the rooms and thecleanineas , the location , the pool area all were brilliant

Cons:

Pool area could have more beds. At some times it was so packed.

Only down side there are no balconies, that would have made the hotel amazing.

Bar downstairs, nice people and nice food.
Room was good.

Cons:

Swimmingpool, no can not drink there. And a boring envirment. And no music.

Monday also the bar is closed til 18:00.

Geweldige service in het hotel, fantastisch restaurant op het dakterras, alles is schoon netjes!
Pros:

Wat de niet doorhadden met het boeken dat het een enorm groot hotel is (paar honderd kamers) waardoor je in de ochtend op weg en in de ontbijtzaal waant in een Turks resort met allemaal gasten staan te trappelen bij t buffet. Je hebt gewoon plaatsvervangende schaamte voor een aantal gasten.

Cons:

Dat het hotel zo enorm groot is dat het eerder ordinair aanvoelt dan sjiek.
