Disappointing
Pros:

The room was spacious and the bathroom was big. Nice rooms. Nice view.

Cons:

The pool was closed and we were never told of this. We were not told at check in. We learned this from a poster in the lift. The staff did not seem to care at all. They said that they had let all the platforms know.
