Great location, value
Pros:

A fine, comfortable hotel in a brilliant location. Excellent value for money. It lacked a gym, sauna etc, which would improve the experience and the dining room was small (relative to the number of guests) noisy and stuffy. However the bedroom was large and comfortable and the breakfast ok. Recommended by its location and excellent value.

Clean room in a great location.
Pros:

Location is great. It’s in Casco Viejo (old town) but not too noisy. Has easy access to Metro, taxis, buses and trains too.

Cons:

It was hot in the room, but unfortunately the temperature control in the room doesn’t work so it couldn’t be adjusted
