Otimo hotel no centro historio de Bilbao

A localização não podia ser melhor, a poucos metros do metro e no casco velho de Bilbao. Limpeza irrepreensivel e quarto muito confortável. Funcionários muito simpáticos, o pequeno-almoço é de muito boa qualidade. O ar condicionado para quente funcionou muito bem, deixando o quarto numa temperatura ótima. Cama muito confortável.

Cons:

Apenas exisitia um funcionario no pequeno-almoço o que dificultava a prestação de um serviço de excelencia. Varios produtos estavam sempre em falta, devido à procura e dificuldade em repor. O horário do pequeno-almoço tem de ser marcado de véspera, mas isso não é rigoroso. No entanto, o pequeno-almoço era muito completo e de muito boa qualidade. Os amenities podiam ser de qualidade um pouco superior, mas cumprem o minimo.

La camera era molto accogliente e pulita, con un letto comodo e con a disposizione tutto quello che ti serve (aria condizionata, frigobar, saponi, wi-fi ottimo).
