Pros:

De stijl, de grootte van de kamers, de poetsvrouw die speciaal later kwam poetsen op de kamer toen we weg waren, het ontbijt, de ligging, de isolatie tegen lawaai, verduistrrende gordijnen,.... En vooral de vriendelijkheid en hulpvaardigheid van alle personeelsleden.

Cons:

Daar de ligging heel centraal was en direct aan de brug waar de oude stad begon, was het er heel druk.

Emplacement situé au début de la vieille ville parfait pour visiter à pied.
Station taxi juste en face de l'hôtel.
Bon petit déjeuner.
Grande chambre bien équipée.
Bonne insonorisation vers l'extérieur.
Personnel aimable à la réception

Cons:

Les portent des chambres qui claquent, (pas de joints amortisseurs )
Petite salle de petit-déjeuner avec tours de venue le matin.
Dommage.

Accept 6th floor room IN WINTER ONLY unless you want to bake like a potato. Otherwise great.
Pros:

The location was great! The room was of typical size, everything clean and in working order with one glaring exception of the AC. The staff handled the situation by moving us to a lower floor room the 2nd night, which was smaller but had an adequate AC so we slept fine. I would still come back - the pintxos on offer just around the corner in the old town area were out of this world delicious!

Cons:

The AC in the room we got was severly underpowered. The 'zone of comfort' extended about 3ft around the air duct, which we tried and failed to drag the bed toward, then finally slept on the floor near it. Very uncomfortable night.
