Pros:

Very good breakfast, plenty of choices of cooked hot food and pastries. Hotel quite close (few minutes walking) to Malioboro Street and other main landmarks.
Very nice and kind personnel throughout the hotel, many ladies with beautiful smiles.
Good dinner buffet on Fridays and Saturdays

Cons:

Wifi in my room not perfect, sometimes a bit weak: in the lobby area was ok and fast, though.
I didn't like very much that in the main restaurant El Patio they never had available the Nasi Campur, that I wanted to order

A real jewel to stay
Pros:

This is the first of Tugu Hotels to be established in Indonesia. It has an excellent location in the middle of the city. It is furnished with antique furnishes and many public areas are filled with antiques. It has a cozy bar and excellent dining rooms., with both Western and local specialties. Although we did not use the swimming pool it is worth mentioning that the hotel has a swimming pool available with an area including lounge chairs.

Cons:

It is located at a square with a lot of traffic going around it, so depending on the room there may be some background noise from the traffic, but it did not really bother us.

Good facility, not good location
Pros:

Friendly staff, good breakfast and the rooms were clean. The pool is ok but quite cold since they don’t turn on the heating.

Cons:

The location is in a very busy area in the middle of town. It’s very noisy, it’s good if you want to be close to the station but not if you are looking for peace and quiet.

Pros:

部屋が広くゆったりできた。設備は少し古いが清潔に保たれているので気にならない。ベランダもあり、街のごちゃごちゃした景色が大きな木で隠されており、非日常が演出されていた。

Cons:

部屋の清掃可を示すのに、インドネシアでは常識と思われる部屋外のランプで知らせる方法を教えてもらってなかったので一日目は夜に帰ってから部屋を掃除してもらう。
