Previous stay was good, but the last one was bad.
Cons:

I stayed early March for some business and needed to use computer and emails, but the WIFI was bad. I asked them to fix. They came to fix, it worked only a couple of hours and then connection broke again. I finally spend money to buy my own phone package.

Outstanding hotel.

Spotless lobby.
Delightful courtyard with trees around pool.
Fabulous breakfast
Spacious room- we had a pool facing suite.
Definitely a favourite hotel in Indonesia for us.

Cons:

We had to leave!!

Taste and quality of barr food could be improved. The price of the wine is excessive.

Pros:

Everything was great except for the staff at check in. Fun pool, helpful and responsive staff.

Cons:

The one staff member at check-in, who had to ask if I was "just travelling with my child?"
The unspoken "Not travelling with your husband?" was very annoying.

Pros:

I love the landscape and the service is top notch!

Cons:

Well the time we had breakfast it was chaos because they didnt have enough space for us so we waited for 15 minutes while eating the breakfast in the lounge. I know its christmas holiday but they should have arranged the breakfast sessions so we didnt have to wait to eat.
