Akomodasi semuanya bagus, mungkin Krn hotel lama jd ada sedikit banyaknya kekurangan adalah hal yg wajar.
Pelayanan segera bila ada keluhan .
Persediaan mineral hanya yg ada di kamar, utk dispenser isi ulang tidak tersedia jd harus menghubungi pelayanan hotel atau harus keluar mencari.
Alles vooral het uitgebreid ontbijt buffet.
Massages ook echt aan te raden.

Breakfast was very good with a wide local and international selection well presented and good quality: the poached eggs were 'ace' and arrived exactly as ordered. Staff were polite and very helpful they even provided access cards for our rail trip to Solo - they required to be topped-up but they plus the advice made life so much easier.
Location terrific - short walk to Maliboro street - recommended for lots of local and tourist shopping. Maps at the Tourist Office. Live bands in the evening at the weekend - not sure about other evenings.

The hotel was clearly a grand old lady who had weathered well and I couldn't help think what travellers in the early days would have felt arriving in this oasis. We didn't try the pool, it is smallish but it looked great and in a beautiful setting surrounded by trees and ponds full of colourful carp.
말리오보로 거리 한블럭 옆이라 이동이 편리했음, 멀리 므라삐 화산 전망이 보였음(구름이 없을 경우), 조식 다양했음, 직원들이 친절했음. 필요한 물품(타월, 생수 등) 요청시 바로 보충해줬음.
객실 정비가 지연되어 체크인 대기가 길었음. 객실안 욕실에서 화장실 냄새가 났음

I had a wonderful experience coordinating a small birthday gift with the team from afar. Due to unexpected travel changes, I was unable to be in Yogyakarta for my bestfriend’s check-in/birthday.
The staff was incredibly responsive to my messages and calls, executing a plan on short notice with total professionalism. Thanks to "Their 'can-do' attitude".

Hotel room is huge and with balcony. Room was cleaned daily and all amenities topped up without fail. Even when needed something like an iron board or additional pillow, staff immediately sent the items. Will definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family members ☺️ Special mention to Awan, Asst Guest Experience Mgr, who has helped me set up Birthday room for my girl. He was always updating and checking on us even before we reached the hotel. Thank you Awan, you’re a gem ✨🤩🌟 and have exceeded my expectations!

This hotel truly lives up to the good reviews. The location is a dream, a little oasis in the middle of the city with a beautiful garden, pool, and restaurant. Everything is well maintained, and the staff are incredibly friendly. It was the perfect place for us to recover from jet lag after a long flight while still being able to enjoy the city. We also tried dinner and snacks at the hotel, slightly on the pricier side and decent in quality, but the breakfast was truly excellent. We would definitely recommend to stay here.
Our room was facing the street, so we didn’t quite get the views shown in the pictures. While the room itself was good, it wasn’t the coziest, and it could get a bit noisy, especially with a local street singer performing at the traffic light throughout the day and into the evening.
I believe still one of the better hotels in central Yogya. Loved the pool. Very nice and helpful staff. Excellent location. Inner garden is lovely. Had nice dinners at the Chinese restaurant in the building.
Renovation is needed. As mentioned in other reviews, the shower leaks and makes slippery puddles in the bathroom. The mattress is most definitely not the quality what I expect of a 5 star hotel. Just seemed like laying on a hard plastic box. Further more it's a bit outdated with electrical plugs just on one side of the bed. 10 years ago it was great. Now it's time to
