Amazing staff member. This is my second time to stay at the Gran Melia Jakarta. Their staff, treated me like a long lost aunt, so sweet in particularlybest Aulia is lovely. I will definitely come back again.

Pros:

종류가 다양하고 맛있습니다.
무엇보다 현지식과 더불어 다양한 문화권의 음식들이 구비되어 있어서 좋았습니다.
스프류가 잘 구비되어 있습니다.
다른분들에게도 충분히 추천하고 싶습니다.

Cons:

아무래도 오래된 호텔이다보니 시설면에서 리모델링을 하긴 했지만 아쉬운 부분이 조금 있으나 청결도와 룸서비스등에서 좋은 점수를 줄 수 있기 때문에 크게 아쉬웠다고 하기는 어려습니다.

Excellent staff and place
Pros:

Need more dessert such as pudding for breakfast.
Excellent service, I left my jeans in the closet and the cleaner staff give it to lost n found so I could get it back the day after through Mr Agus. Appreciated🙏🏻

Llegamos pronto y tuvimos que pagar un suplemento de 30 eur para entrar antes. Hay hoteles que son más flexibles con estas cosas

5つ星ホテルだけあって、静観で落ちつた雰囲気があり、とてもストレスなく過ごせました。
部屋も広く、清潔感があり、スタッフの皆さんもきちんと挨拶してくださり、良い滞在が楽しめました。

Cons:

浴槽側のお風呂のボディーソープが🈳だったのが、残念。
