An Idyllic Stay in Jakarta
Pros:

Doni and Resta on the Red Level made our stay, but to be fair to all the staff in Gran Melia, absolutely every interaction was a joy, from the turndown chap who left extra chocolates for my wife, to the manager who greeted us on the first day. We felt more than valued, we felt like we were part of a family. And everything else was world-class too, the rooms, the food, the views, etc.

Cons:

Nothing at all, this was just about the perfect hotel.

All good, but a strange room configuration. I booked a suite, and the bedroom was separate, but the living area had only a work desk and a dining table. No sofa arrangement, chairs or sofa table, etc. If you want to watch TV, then you must sit at the dining table. Last time I stayed in a standard room, which was better equipped. Staff are very friendly and service-minded.

Overall best experience.
Pros:

Overall, I had a pleasant stay at Gran Meliá Jakarta. Although the air conditioning in the room wasn’t very cold, the hotel itself was comfortable, cozy, and well-maintained.

I’d also like to give special praise to Kathrince at the reception. She was extremely helpful throughout my stay, especially in assisting with my late check-out. Truly appreciated her excellent service!

這次是全家過年一起出國旅遊，而且適逢農曆新年期間，以這個價格入住國外五星酒店，又加上提前入住，真的覺得物超所值！
Pros:

當天入住因為想先把行李寄放，結果行政酒廊的接待經理幫忙確認房間已經準備好，因此讓我們提前入住，真的是太感謝了！

Cons:

飯店內有維修工程在進行，孩子們的房間離電梯口較近，因此有點吵雜。

무엇보다 현지식과 더불어 다양한 문화권의 음식들이 구비되어 있어서 좋았습니다.
스프류가 잘 구비되어 있습니다.
다른분들에게도 충분히 추천하고 싶습니다.

Cons:

아무래도 오래된 호텔이다보니 시설면에서 리모델링을 하긴 했지만 아쉬운 부분이 조금 있으나 청결도와 룸서비스등에서 좋은 점수를 줄 수 있기 때문에 크게 아쉬웠다고 하기는 어려습니다.
