De rode verdieping met zijn eigen incheckbalie en cocktail bar
De wasserij. Ik had bij het inchecken meteen de twee suites en een premium kamer betaald en had afgesproken dat ik bij het uitchecken alle andere kleinere kosten zoals bijvoorbeeld de minibar zou betalen. Ik wilde 1 overhemd laten persen. Toen ik mijn suite binnenkwam op het eind van de dag lag er een briefje van de wasserij dat omdat er geen down payment was gedaan (ik had alles al meteen betaald) ik eerst IDR 102.000 (€4,96) moest betalen ander kreeg ik mijn shirt niet terug. Daar heb ik meteen over geklaagd omdat ik dat absurd vond zeker in dit 5 sterren hotel

Lovely hotel in nice central location. Staff were all very friendly & helpful. Room was very comfortable & well appointed. Great value including breakfast & dinner. Well worth upgrading to red lounge for more intimate setting for breakfast & complimentary evening happy hour.

Das Hotel bietet ein umfangreiches Bufett von hervorragender Qualität sowohl zum Frühstück, als auch zum Dinner. In verschiedenen Varianten kann man zwischen den verschiedenen Kontinenten wählen, ob japanisches oder asiatisches oder europäisches Essen, alles ist von herausragender Qualität.
Es gibt nichts zu verbessern, der Service ist hervorragend, das Personal sehr freundlich und aufmerksam.
Exceptional stay, highly recomended, a perfect 10/10 experience. An absolutle gem! I will definitely will back. The staff went above and beyond to make your stay perfect, world class hospitality from a fantastic team. The room are comfortable , the atmosphere is peacefull and pleasant, very relaxing.
Special thanks to the General Director Mr. Jeronimo Molina Agullo, Mr. David Marteau executive chef, Mr.Alejandro Garcia Martin Head chef restaurant Erre & Urrecchu, Ms. Madina, Ms. Rina. When i arrived there was live music with amazing singers and musicianas.I will definitely come back to this hotel and it will my go-tohotel in Jakarta.
