Lovely hotel in nice central location. Staff were all very friendly & helpful. Room was very comfortable & well appointed. Great value including breakfast & dinner. Well worth upgrading to red lounge for more intimate setting for breakfast & complimentary evening happy hour.

Es gibt nichts zu verbessern, der Service ist hervorragend, das Personal sehr freundlich und aufmerksam.

The staff went above and beyond to make your stay perfect, world class hospitality from a fantastic team. The room are comfortable , the atmosphere is peacefull and pleasant, very relaxing.
Special thanks to the General Director Mr. Jeronimo Molina Agullo, Mr. David Marteau executive chef, Mr.Alejandro Garcia Martin Head chef restaurant Erre & Urrecchu, Ms. Madina, Ms. Rina. When i arrived there was live music with amazing singers and musicianas.I will definitely come back to this hotel and it will my go-tohotel in Jakarta.

Ambience, staff, rooms
Overall stay was great, Staff were very accommodative and cheerful. Location is nice if you're planning to explore South Jakarta. All in all, definitely value for money. Easy access for public transportation to reach you (Grab, Taxi etc)
Theres nothing id say i didn't like. For the money we spent, we definitely got a lot.
I found the staff very cordial and engaging, I had a very pleasant room that was replenished with water daily, I liked the general environment of the Hotel.
There was a faint smell of sewerage in my bathroom from time to time, however calling room service quickly resolved this issue.
