Çok ünlü ve popüler kişiler konaklıyor. :)

Cons:

Ülkeye göre pahalı. Verdiği hizmete göre de pahalı. Personel kendini Paris'teki bir otelde çalışıyor sanıyor. Buna göre davranıyorlar (kibirli ve soğuk). Buna rağmen otel ne çok yeni ne de çok bakımlı ne de bir numarası var (Paris'teki personel de böyle aslında). Kahvaltısı bile saçma sapan bir pahalıydı. Kalmayı düşünüyorsanız kahvaltı filan almayın. Ülke yemek konusunda ünlü zaten. İsteseniz de aç kalamazsınız.

Civarda Old Town'a yakın uluslararası standartlardaki birkaç otelden biri olduklarından bu fiyatı ve tutumu sürdürebiliyorlar.

Ailenizle ilk defa Vietnam'a gidecekseniz ve diğer otellere güvenemiyorsanız burada kalın. Çünkü Old Town'daki her otelimsi puan yükselttirmek için türlü numaralar çekmişler. Hepsi 10/10 görünüyor ama alakası yok. Burası en azından bu konuda dürüst.

Çocukla seyahat etmiyorsanız burada kalmanıza gerek yok.

Ayrıca kredi kartınızı depozito için bile vermeyin. Sanal kart kullanın. Adamlardan plaj havlusu aldık ve geri verdik. Aradan 10 gün geçti ve sanki geri vermemişiz gibi havlu ücreti kesmişler. Dikkatli olmazsanız tokatlarlar hiç şakaları yok.

Amazing experience
Pros:

Staff, amenities, pool... Everything is prepared so guests have a very nice and relaxing stay.

Cons:

We were required to leave a deposit in case of damage/loss of any furniture or amenities, which was a bit shocking considering this was not requested in any other of the hotels we booked in Vietnam.
