余裕のある方にお勧めのホテルです。
Pros:

セレブも利用するとても豪華なホテルでした。
スタッフは英語を話せるし対応も良かった。

Cons:

特にないがレストランやエステの価格が高級でしたから利用しませんでした。
近くにレストランやマッサージ店が沢山あるので問題なし。

Outstanding Hotel in Hanoi-Impeccable Service Would Give 6 Stars

Incredible hotel with impeccable service, fantastic location and amenities. Convenient location with multiple delicious dining bars and one of the best fitness centers I've ever been in. Concierge and front desk super helpful and will take care of anything you need including currency exchange. Stayed on the Level floor and you must do this with a well appointed room, delicious tea, laundry services and anything else you desire, they will take care of you with a smile. Every employee professional , gracious and at your service. Close to all the attractions including Train Street, Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, the "Hanoi Hilton" former prison, and more .You must stay at this hotel in Hanoi, one of the best properties in the world.

Very professional staff
Pros:

The experience at the hotel is wonderful since the arrival. At the front desk very professional and polite. The Chinese Restaurant is the best, The Cham is 100 recomendable. Thanks to Olatz from guest experience and Lara de resident manager. I will be back for sure.

Nice place to stay
Pros:

location is very good, easy for walk and enjoy the city. Spa place was OK. If there has a steam bath will be more excellent

الفندق اول ما تدخل البهو تجده فسيحا و شرحا و فخامه لكن اكثر حاجه ممتازه الاكل الحلال متوفر و قربه من الحي القديم و المناشط السياحية

لم يعجبني قلة النظافه صراحة في الغرف 😔السعر مرتفع جدا مقابل الخدمة و النظافه و فخامة الغرف منخفضه و الاثاث قديم و حتى نوافذ الغرف غير نظيفه للاسف

Perfektes und komfortables Hotel im Stadtzentrum
Pros:

Alles war in Ordnung, das Zimmer, das Frühstück, die Lage.
Mir hat die Lage, etwas ausserhalb der lauten Altstadt sehr gut gefallen.
Ich hatte ein Zimmer in den höheren Etagen mit Ausblick auf Hanoi.
War sehr schön.
Es gibt nichts Negatives zu sagen.

Great Neighborhood!
Pros:

Centrally located in Hanoi - We very enjoyed our stay at the Melia Hanoi. We were able to walk to many of the attractions we visited or otherwise take a short taxi ride. Numerous restaurants are located on the same block as well as several convenience stores. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. Rooms were spacious and well-kept. Highly recommend staying at this hotel!

Ideal für in Hanoi zu verweilen.
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt ideal um zu Fuss zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten zu laufen.
Es gibt viele Restaurants in Hotelnähe.
Die Zimmer sind geräumig. Das Frühstücksbuffet bietet für alle etwas.

Cons:

In den 3 Tagen Aufenthalt, waren mehrere Kongresse und Feiern im Hotel, sodass es recht laut bei der Bar und Lobby war.
