Our stay at Meliá Hanoi was absolutely exceptional from beginning to end. Everything exceeded our expectations, from the beautiful hotel and comfortable room to the outstanding service and attention to detail throughout our entire stay.
The staff were incredibly professional, friendly and welcoming, always going above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The level of hospitality was truly impressive and made our stay in Hanoi even more enjoyable.
A very special mention must go to Chief Concierge Nguyen Trong Tuan, who deserves the highest praise. He was absolutely outstanding — professional, attentive, incredibly kind and always willing to help. His recommendations,
assistance and genuine care made us feel extremely well looked after throughout our stay. Nguyen Trong Tuan is a true asset to Meliá Hanoi.

Nice room. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. We got a very large extra king size bed. Great location. Good breakfast choice. The food at the cafe and chinese restaurant were also really good. Wonderful service. We had a really great stay.
Pool size is a bit small for the size of hotel and the kitchen exhaust was towards the pool.
Lobby and Gym
Very comfortable experience. Clean rooms, good food and a wide selection. All of the workers are so nice.
The staff at Melia is great. Especially Mrs Hue, who cleans up well and is polite to us.

Estar en el Meliá Hanoi es sentirte como en casa. El trato es excepcional y en el desayuno, entre las muchísimas opciones que hay, puedes encontrar tostadas con aceite de oliva u otros toques españoles. La comida vietnamita que sirven es buenísima.
El personal es super amable y además está Olatz, esa vasca encantadora que, de repente, viene a saludarte con su enorme sonrisa, pendiente siempre de ayudarte y de hacerte recomendaciones si lo necesitas . Fue un lujo que estuviera allí.
Para nosotros, la experiencia en el Meliá fue estupenda.

Very good location and good service
Absolutely stunning place to stay in centre of Hanoi. Really great place to stay. Very Spacious room, great view, very clean and service was just outstanding. Breakfast was the best of all and I never had such a choice anywhere in past around the world. It was my birthday, so they have got a nice birthday cake for me. The staff are so caring and welcoming is unbelievable. Reception, Concierge staff and restaurant staff are amazing. Great value for money!
