Facilities & Hotel
The hotel itself was spotless, with the room absolutely immaculate throughout our stay. Every corner of the property felt well cared for and comfortable.

Food & Drink
The bar was a real highlight — great cocktails paired with live music made for a wonderful evening atmosphere. Breakfast was excellent too.

Service
The service across the board was outstanding, with every staff member going above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. A special mention goes to Hieu at breakfast, who took exceptional care of us each morning — her warmth and attentiveness really made our stay extra special.

Highly recommend Melia Hanoi to anyone visiting the city!

I have been staying at this hotel many times and it is always a pleasure to be back. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and welcoming throughout my stay. The location was convenient, making it easy to get around the old quarter. Overall, the service was excellent, and everything met my expectations. Special mentions to Ms. Huyen in the front desk for helping me print my documents, and Ms. Ngoc Anh for being helpful throughout my stay. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The hotel amenities are excellent, room staffs are very friendly, warm, and take great care of guests. Ms. Phuong, room staff, is very kind and attentive.

Every staff member I met was genuinely warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. From the reception team who made the check-in process smooth and effortless, to the concierge who patiently answered every question, and the housekeeping staff who paid attention to every little detail, everyone made me feel valued and cared for ❤️

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The food was excellent, and the service throughout my stay was warm, friendly, and attentive. A special thank you to Hieu at the hotel restaurant, who provided exceptional service and always made me feel very welcome. We had a wonderful stay at the Meliá Hanoi and would highly recommend it. The hotel is in a fantastic location, just a 10-minute walk from Hoan Kiem Lake and within easy reach of Hanoi’s main attractions, including the famous Train Street. It offers an international atmosphere while still maintaining the warmth and genuine hospitality that Vietnam is known for.

Our room was spacious, spotlessly clean, extremely comfortable, and offered fantastic views over the city.

What truly made our stay exceptional, however, was the outstanding service provided by The Level team. Quyah, Huyěn, Huy, Thao, Olatz and Thoa were all incredibly welcoming, professional and attentive, making our entire family feel genuinely valued throughout our stay. Every interaction was warm, thoughtful and delivered with a smile.

I would also like to give a special mention to Tu. While every member of The Level team was exceptional, Tu’s ability to speak Spanish made a particularly meaningful difference for my parents. Being able to communicate with them in their native language immediately put them at ease and made an already very special family trip even more memorable. It was a thoughtful gesture that perfectly reflected the genuine care, kindness and dedication shown by the entire team.
