Comfortable stay with very friendly staff
Pros:

My stay at the Meliá Hanoi was a very positive experience. The room was spacious, very clean and extremely comfortable, with everything well maintained and at the level you would expect from a five-star hotel. It was the kind of room where you can really relax and rest properly after a long day.
Another thing that stood out to me was the staff. Throughout my stay they were consistently friendly, attentive and professional. They were always willing to help and made the whole experience feel very smooth and welcoming.
Overall, I left with a great impression of the hotel and would happily recommend it to anyone visiting Hanoi.

Melia Hanoi stay
Pros:

We stayed here in early March. Everything went really well. The check-in and the escort to the room was polite and quick. The room was clean and anything you needed was catered for. Used the bar several times for a meal and a few beers or just a nightcap. The prices are similar to the UK but I suppose expensive for Vietnam. The wife thought the Bacardi and come was better than anywhere else and the IPA was really nice. All the staff were friendly and often stopped for a chat. Their English was excellent. After a few busy days it was nice to spend a day by the pool and just relax before flying on.
Would definitely recommend.

Very nice hotel
Pros:

I had a pleasant stay at Melia Hanoi Hotel. The staff were very friendly, and I had great conversations with Quynh, Thoa, Huy, and Tung. They gave me many helpful recommendations for tourists, which made my trip even better. I truly appreciated their kindness and support.

Very nice hotel
Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at Meliá Hanoi. The location is perfect, the rooms are spacious and clean, and the breakfast offers a great variety of options.

A special thank you to Luan Vo, the bellman and Tung Do who provided outstanding service. They were welcoming, professional, and incredibly helpful throughout my stay. Their kindness truly made a difference. Highly recommend this hotel when visiting Hanoi!

Wonderful experience
Pros:

Wonderful stay
