I had a wonderful time during my two weeks at Meliá Hanoi. Special thanks to Olatz and Olivia, who made me feel at home. I would also like to thank the General Manager, Mr. Luis Basterra.

Great hotel with comfortable rooms. I had a sudden medical issue which they attended to immediately! There is a Doctor on premise, available for guests! It was such a relief! Thank you Dr. Hoa and Olatz for attending to me👍🏻

Het ontbijt was heerlijk
Everything, very attentive staff and great facilities
Bed was a bit too hard, but the room was very comfortable
La salle de fitness et le personnel qui y travaille notamment M.Kean
L’intérieur comme l’extérieur est à refaire la moquette dans notre chambre avait des taches le personnel du bar dans le lobby est désagréable bref ce n’est pas un 5 étoiles.
We firstly stayed in the main part of the hotel then upgrded to the Level due to the amount of time we would be spending in the hotel. Overall the hotel was excellent but the rooms are a bit dated and could do with being modernised. Everything was spotless and the rooms were spacious.
The Level Lounge was excellent. Very relaxing and had great views. The food was very good. Our experience was even better due to the attentive staff, particularly Thoa and Quynh. They were outstanding and couldnt do enough for us. We will definitely come back to this hotel if we are in Hanoi again.
The room was sooo comfortable, an amazing, soft and very large bed, great shower pressure and nice view! Room service was very good and drinks at the bar were very well made.
Noise cancellation was bad, could hear everything in the hallway and outside which was annoying as they had some kind of show on the street outside early one morning and when staff rang the bell for the neighbouring room we thought it was for us.
I am a Melia Club member and last week came to use services at the hotel lobby. Despite there being available parking spaces, the security staff refused to let me park there and instead directed me to the car park on the 3rd floor, stating that the lobby area is reserved only for “very VIP guests.” This was quite surprising, as I was not aware that Melia Hanoi differentiates between customers in such a manner. Additionally, the route from the 3rd-floor car park to the lobby is unnecessarily complicated and inconvenient. After using the service, I raised this issue and was informed that with a bill of 500,000 VND, I would receive one parking voucher. This was yet another disappointment. If parking support cannot be fully provided, I can understand that it may be due to policy, but offering such minimal support feels insincere. The parking fee itself is not significant, but it reflects the overall service mindset. Having available parking but not allowing guests to use it, and then offering only one hour of support, gives the impression that guests are expected to leave quickly rather than enjoy their time. Overall, both the service and the way this situation was handled were extremely disappointing
The hotel accommodation and staff were excellent. The 3rd floor bar”House of Barbaard “ was top notch. The bartender was able to accommodate a special request to play a song created for my husband for his 61st Birthday (3/28). The experience was epic for him. Also, the downstairs restaurant food was always fresh and delicious. There was something different to eat no matter what ethnicity you are. My experience with the 1st floor bar area and service was not so helpful both time visited . It would benefit your establishment if the staff in this section ( including the bartender) were a lot friendlier. Lastly, our check out experience was super easy thanks to nice young man name Tung Do. He’s a Gem!!! He was very friendly and the conversation we had felt natural and not force. This young man will make it far in this industry and could be very beneficial in training other members with regards to customer service.
Sincerely

Great location. On a quieter street which was welcome but also a short walk to more the bustling areas of Old Quarter with good eata and shopping. I particularly enjoyed the buffet breakfast at Mosaico and shoutout to Hieu for her excellent service! The hotel also had a well equipped fitness center, which I always look for in my travels.
Great stay at Melia Hanoi! The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was super friendly. Big thanks to Tung Do for the awesome service really made my experience better. Would definitely stay again!
