The smell of the room was so bad that my husband and I got sick 🤧

Wonderful staff and a nice place to escape the hustle and bustle of the city.
It is located next to a big road so the pool area was a bit noisy, but that can’t be changed. It also took a bit of time to check in and out.

There were not enough towels in the room. There were to in my room and only 1 face towel and only 2 towels.

Por toda compensación me ofrecieron 30 minutos de masajes.
Desde mi llegada el primer acercamiento fue tratar de venderme algo. Hospitalidad 0.
Sólo una de las recepcionistas el día miercoles fue realmente amable.

Sheraton Santo Domingo is my home away from home, cant say enough good things especially with the friendly staff, Arisne at the front desk always welcomes me with a smile and is such a pleasure to deal with, she really makes you feel like part of the family
