Excelente hotel, horrível café da manhã.
Pros:

O atendimento é muito bom, por parte de todo o staff, é um diferencial. Fazem de tudo para atender, respeitando o espaço do hóspede, deixando-o a vontade para aproveitar. A vista mar do quarto é muito boa e o sistema VIP, funciona muito bem. O Hotel é clássico e muito limpo, assim como área da piscina.

Cons:

Foi a segunda vez que me hospedei no hotel, e algo que não melhorou em nada, foi a qualidade da comida, servida no café da manhã. Para um hotel 5 estrelas e preço cobrado, precisa melhorar e muito a qualidade e variedade dos alimentos. O café é horrível, intragável. Não conseguimos tomar em nenhum dos dois dias. Sugestão, se espelhem em outros hotéis nas redondezas, e aumentem o nível de qualidade dos alimentos e diversidade nas opções. No mais o hotel atende muito bem.

Un buen hotel antiguo, muy caro en relacion precio/calidad
Pros:

La ubicación es muy buena frente al Malecón, relativamente cerca de la zona colonial. Buena conectividad en uber y taxi, los espacios comunes, lobby, comedor, piscina y jacuzzi son excelentes.

Cons:

Instalaciones antiguas y con falta de remodelación, sobretodo las piezas y baños, duchas antiguas con poca presión, piezas anticuadas aunque suficientes, camada cómoda, almohadas antiguas. Creo que el valor es muy alto para el nivel de instalaciones. En los 90's seguro fué un hotel de lujo, ahora por ese valor debería ser mejor.

Pour un Sheraton, peut vraiment mieux faire

Le petit déjeuner et la pizzeria juste à côté

Cons:

Arrivée avec 24:00 de retard malgres que j’avais prévenu par 2 fois, ma chambre avait été revendue. Il a fallu que je me fâche et que j’attende en refusant de partir 3:00 pour qu’il me trouve par magie une chambre à 21h00.
De +, le club est très limité en choix et ne propose rien le midi. À 19h30 il n’y a plus rien à manger et se n’est jamais renouvelé.
Vraiment dommage car sinon c’est un bon hôtel avec du mobilier vieillot
