Club Lounge was good, Ana Santos the best.
El desayuno muy bueno, muy variado. El servicio del personal, todos eran muy amables y siempre dispuestos a ayudar. La habitación muy cómoda.

Me encantó el hotel
High end hotel with beautiful lobby. Offered a reasonably priced Sheraton Club upgrade before arrival. Our first room had a water leak, but staff relocated us to another room. There is a nice outdoor seating area in front, unfortunately people smoking and vaping makes it often unusable. The fitness center should routinely restock towels. The front desk gave us coupons for complementary cocktails at the bar, but the bar told us that cocktails don’t include any alcohol. Pool area is nice but they need more umbrellas for shade. Overall very good, just some attention to all details needed.
