Cons:

El personal de recepción. Hubo una falla en la caldera, entonces no tuvimos agua caliente. ¿un hotel de esta categoría y precio no tiene una caldera de respaldo?

安心、快適でした。
Pros:

He usado este hotel muchas veces. Me da tranquilidad porque siempre me siento seguro aquí. También agradezco mucho el servicio de recogida en el aeropuerto y el autobús de regreso. El desayuno tipo bufé también es muy rico.El conductor del servicio de transporte también es muy amable. Todo el personal también es muy amable.Cuando me quedo en la capital, siempre me hospedo aquí.

Cons:

Cuando salgo muy temprano por la mañana, tengo que salir de noche. En ese caso, no puedo desayunar.
Me gustaría que ese desayuno se pudiera pasar al día anterior. Quisiera recibir dos porciones juntas el día anterior.

Lot of things broken or not working
Pros:

The staff and the restaurant were excellent

Cons:

Phone never worked, there was no hot water the first day and a half. My bedside light lamp wasnt working, they fix it. .brokw again. Jacuzzi was not working cause there was no hot water the first day and a half. Everything seems to be breaking or needing maintenance.
