Bőséges reggeli, nagy választékkal, a hölgy, aki tojásételeket a vendég szeme láttára készíti, ő egy igazi chef, bravúros gyorsasággal kezel egyszerre négy serpenyőt, és közben még mosolyogni és a vendéggel beszélgetni is van ideje. A pincérek kedvesek, gyorsak, figyelmesek.
A kilátás, különösen a reptéri oldalon, háttérben a vulkánokkal akonyatkor mesés! A parkolás ingyenes, zárt parkoló, bőséges hely van akár nagyobb méretű autóknak is, a lift közvetlenül felvisz a szobákhoz, jobb nem is lehetne. A szobák csendesek, legalábbis a reptéri oldalon.
The "Hotel" sign might be marked more brightly or more definitely, at night it is not so easy to find the building for the first time.
The staff was excellent and went out of their way to help us get something to eat even after the kitchen had closed.
There was quite a bit of sound from the busy street below but the location was near the airport, which we had requested.
Mi habitación 806 estaba fría, me pregunté por que? Si apague el Aire acondicionado, pues los ventanales tenían abajo unas protecciones de láminas de madera, por allí siendo un piso tan alto, se filtro aire de la calle toda la noche y los fuertes vientos que golpeaban el edificio salvaba toda la noche y movía la madera, asi que dormir fue difícil, en el baño el agua se sale de control y con tanta fuerza, que al no tener una buena regadera toda el agua se sale fuera de la tina hacia el inodoro.
La habitación y el baño, aunque las camas y sus tendidos estaban bien y todo muy limpio, pero con los daños que mencione, No se si por haber reservado con Bookin nos dieron el 8 piso y esa mala habitación.
El servicio y la limpieza
Que el sauna y jacuzzi no estuviera disponible para el fin de semana
