Pros:

The gym on the top floor was large, spacious, and well equipped. Close to the airport, which made my 3:30am departure easy. Nice restaurant - great fish ceviche! Enjoyed a wonderful lymphatic massage in the spa. Good wifi. Comfortable beds. Clean rooms. I appreciated an early check-in.

Cons:

The steam room and sauna were out of service in the spa. The jacuzzi in the spa had only lukewarm water. Same with the shower in my room.

Un bon compromis pour un dernier jour avant de décoller

Me arrepiento de no haberlos visitado antes. Porque viajo varias veces al mes y esta fue la primera que los visité.

Soy muy poco para comentar; pero esta vez me sorprendieron, que tengan por seguro que me seguiré hospedando en Hotel Las Américas.

Comfortable sleep, disappointing service
Pros:

The beds were comfortable and ensured a good night's sleep.

Cons:

We had reserved a shuttle, but upon arrival there was no one present to pick us up. Even though we had reported our 1 hour delay.

We stayed here as a family with our 13-year-old son and booked a room for three people including breakfast. To our surprise, it turned out that breakfast was only included for the two adults. Our son was allowed to stay overnight in the same room, but he could not have breakfast. That felt like a strange rule.

Upon checking out, as we often do, we wanted to make use of the pool before leaving for the airport. That too, turned out not to be allowed. Once you have checked out, you are no longer permitted to use the pool.

The room and bathroom were tidy but clearly outdated.

Pros:

Publicité mensongère. Lestapis de courses les vélos... Rien ne fonctionnent. C est abîmé. La sauna n est pas chaude le jacuzzi ne fonctionne pas ainsi que le steam. C est sale et jamais nettoyé.

Cons:

Le déjeuner est simplement mauvais. Salle de fitness et espace spa ne fonctionnent pas....

Comodidad y ubicación extraordinaria.
Pros:

El desayuno es un plus, es variado y rico y el personal del restaurante cordial.
La variedad de alimentos y la temperatura de los mismos hacen que uno disfrute ese primer alimento del día.
Felicidades.

Cons:

El mantenimiento de las habitaciones no es muy bueno, la llave del lavabo de la habitación 718 no se podía cerrar bien y aunque informé no lo corrigieron.
Ojalá en breve le den mantenimiento porque es una pena que un detalle tan mínimo no permita descansar correctamente por el sonido del goteo, además que se desperdicia el agua.
