ottima struttura seppure vecchiotta molto confortevole
Pros:

la struttura è un po vecchiotta, era forse un 5 stelle qualche decennio fa, MA ha molti lati positivi.
intanto il rapporto qualità prezzo riflette la vetustà della struttura, anzi è molto positivo. in verità i difetti sono legati alla moquette in camera, molto vecchia, le porte vecchiotte, bagno vecchiotto, ma funziona tutto e tutto sommato il soggiorno è molto confortevole. i etti sono NUOVI, ampi, comodissimi, la biancheria da letto nuova; la biancheria da bagno meno nuova ma va bene.
colazione davvero ottima, ricca, variata, con piatti tradizionali (assolutamente provare le fantastiche pupuca)
personale gentilissimo
posizione molto buona per l'aeroporto (praticamente quais sulle piste), allo steso tempo sulla bella avenida las ameircas, ampia moderna alberata, molto carino anche per passeggiare o correre durante il giorno. la sera pare che non sia pericolosa ma noi abbiamo comunque sempre preso uber.
contrariamente al solito abbiamo anche cenato al ristorante dell'hotel e la cena era davvero deliziosa soprattutto il buffet e la carne alla piastra servita, ottima. anche la carta era molto buona.
in ogni caso nei dintorni immediati ci sono diversi ristoranti di vari livelli e generi. c'è un centro commerciale di grandezza media nelle immediate vicinanze dunque possibile comprare robe necessarie.
al nostro rientro a città del guatemala siamo tornati qui perchè ci siamo trovati molto bene.
piscina piccola ma molto carina epraticamente non frequentata da nessuno

come detto ci sono dei piccoli dettagli che richiamano la vetustà della struttura ma sono ampiamente compensati dal costo.

Very good hotel
Pros:

Nice room with carpet inclusive fridge plus a very nice view at the the airport; very good breakfast with many options inclusive fresh cooked omelets and pupusas; very big nice 24 h gym with a great view; money exchange in the hotel; nice location

Cons:

The pool area is small and disappointing especially for a big hotel

Nos permitieron entrar antes y eso ayudó ya que el bebé estaba durmiendo. Nos prepararon un Box Lunch para el desayuno, tambien facilitó ya que teníamos vuelo temprano

Pros:

El desayuno excepcional, tipo bufete, con excelente atención. La limpieza y aseo diario de la habitación fue excelente. Ubicación excelente.

Cons:

No tenían libre el espacio de rampa para silla de ruedas en la entrada al Lobby, , ya que lo ocupaba en parte por microbús. Lo reporté pero no lo liberaron .

これまでで一番良かったです
Pros:

何度も宿泊しています。今回、偶然８１６号室でした。快適でした。
３時前に着いたにも関わらず、早めに部屋に入らせて貰って、助かりました。
長距離移動でたどり着いたので、休めて良かったです、感謝しています。
首都で宿泊は、いつもここに決めています。
１か月前は、空港にバスで迎えに来てもらいました。これもできることが分かり、ありがたかったです。
もちろん、帰りも空港までのバスを利用できるのもありがたいです。

Cons:

前回は深夜便を利用したため、夜10時にホテルを出発しました。
そのため、2泊分予約しておりましたが、2日目の朝食は利用することができませんでした。
朝食が2食分付いているのは大変ありがたいのですが、このような場合、利用できない2日目の朝食分を前日に利用できると、とても嬉しく思います。
こちらの朝食ビュッフェがとても美味しいので、私はいつも友人を招待して一緒に食事をしております。通常は友人の分を追加で支払っておりますが、もし利用できない朝食分を前日に充てていただければ、友人を招待しやすくなり、大変ありがたく思います。
これまで何度かお願いしたことがあり、難しいことも承知しておりますが、今後もしご配慮いただける機会がありましたら幸いです。
