Tolles preiswertes Hotel
Pros:

Schönes Zimmer, feine Betten, alles sehr sauber, kostenpflichtiger Tiefgarage Platz im Hotel, Frühstück haben wir nicht in Anspruch genommen, U Bahnstation ganz in der Nähe, kostenloses Zimmerupgrade, Danke!

Pros:

Location was perfect . The staff were welcoming. Clean and tidy . Only one small issue and it's tiny .. the coffee and milk was not refilled each day . But I am totally splitting hairs. This is my second time at this hotel and it would go back each time . And I would recommend it to everyone . Thanks x

Great hotel and excellent location.
Pros:

Excellent location. 20 mins walk into the City Centre. Clean and modern hotel. Breakfast was good. Staff were great.

Conveniently located near the main train station.

Cons:

Overall, the room was quite dirty. There were stains from a glass on the bedside table, dirty light switches, marks on the bathroom walls, and a dirty ventilation grille. The towels were quite worn out; although they were white, I found hairs on them.

The mattress was noticeably sagging and uncomfortable.

Despite asking the staff not to disturb me during my online conference and putting a "Do Not Disturb" sign on the door, housekeeping still entered the room.

Unfortunately, the overall impression of my stay was not very positive.
