Cons:

Die Organisation beim Abendessen war manchmal etwas unklar, da jeder Kellner einen anderen Ablauf hatte.

Great hotel in good area
Pros:

Stayed here for 3 nights in May 2026.
The hotel is very clean and modern with a boutique feel.
Rooms are small, but no smaller than other European hotels. Rooms are very clean and modern.
Location is great as it's maybe a really nice 20 minute walk to Marienplatz and only a 5 minute walk to the central train station, and the neighbourhood is very safe. The price was extremely reasonable for what was offered.
I would definitely stay here again!

Lovely hotel, lovely staff and a lovely stay.
Pros:

The staff were very friendly, we were given a free room upgrade from classic to a superior room, aswell as a welcome drink each in their bar. Breakfast was nice and rooms were clean.

Cons:

The shower head in our apartment wasn’t the best. We had to hold it in place otherwise it would turn once the water was turned on.

Klimatyzacja nie działała, przez co było duszno w pokoju - na dworzu gorąco
Przy zameldowaniu na recepcji był Pan, który nie wspomniał o godzinach śniadań, gdzie są podawane, w sumie tylko podał piętro pokoju i tyle - za bardzo był zajęty śmieszkowaniem z innymi.
