Erstaunlich ruhig trotz Stadtlage.

Cons:

Sehr schlecht schließende Zimmertür bei einem von zwei Zwimmern. Das zweite Zimmer lag leider direkt neben dem Aufzug, welchen man ständig fahren hörte.
Insgesamt renovierungsbedürftig, beispielsweise abgestoßene Fußleisten (Fliesen) und Macken in den Bodenfliesen.

Wenig Erholungswert. Ich war nicht angetan.

Bett war bequem.

Cons:

Check in hat 45 min gedauert.
An einem Tag war in der Umgebung ein Konzert, dadurch war der Preis unverschämt hoch.
Zimmer war im Sommer sehr heiß, bei offenem Fenster war es sehr laut.

Auf Grund der Lage für mich perfekt, ansonsten ist das Hotel weit über seine besten Jahre hinaus.
Pros:

Ein besonderes Lob möchte ich der Empfangsdame die am Anreisetag Dienst hatte aussprechen. Sie war extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit und ist auf meine Wünsche eingegangen. Für mich ist der einzige Grund dieses Hotel auszuwählen die Lage, da für mich perfekt ist. Auch der Preis ist ein Argument.

Cons:

Die Kopfkissen sind leider sehr unbequem, es gibt keine halben Kissen. Der Aufzug ist so laut, dass man ihn bis ins Zimmer 418 gehört hat. Die Zimmer sind leider ohne Klimaanlage und bei den jetzigen Temperaturen sehr warm. Die Duschen sind leider auch in einem nicht mehr angenehmen Zustand. Die Fliesenfugen uns die Silikonfugen sind sehr verschmutz. 18,50 € für das Frühstück ist in meinen Augen nicht gerechtfertigt. Die Auswahl an Brot und Brötchen ist okay, aber alles Aufbackware. Ein Preis von 15.00 € wäre mehr als genug.
