Pros:

Das Zimmer und Bad waren groß. Es war ausreichend Platz vorhanden. Ablagemöglichkeit für Kleidung war vorhanden. Frühstück war sehr gut.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war sehr hellhörig. Man hat die anderen Zimmertüren durch die geschlossene Tür gehört. Aber für eine Nacht war es ok. Lichter haben nicht alle funktioniert.

Das Frühstück hat sehr zu wünschen übrig gelassen. Am ersten Tag war es sehr ausgesucht und teilweilse nicht mehr alles vorhanden. Es war eine größere Gruppe wegen einer Tagung oder Ähnliches da. Die waren wohl vor uns frühstücken. Als wir gegen halb neun kamen(Frühstück bis 10h), gab es manche Sachen nicht mehr und es wurde auch nichts mehr nachgelegt. Auch hatten wir ein verfaultes Ei. Die heiße Milch aus dem Automaten schmeckte nach Wasser und es war kein Kabapulver da. Auch der Kaffee schmeckte nicht. Am zweiten Tag war mehr da, auch Kabapulver, aber der Kaffee schmeckte immer noch nicht. Auch sonst war das Frühstück nicht der Renner.
Der Toilettensitz hat gewackelt und auch die Dusche war schon recht alt.
Heizung im Bad hat nicht funktioniert.
Wir waren schon ein paar mal in dem Hotel, als es noch ein Tryp war, aber nach diesem Aufenthalt suchen wir uns ein anderes.

Ruhige Lage, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, gut zu erreichen öffentlicher Verkehrsmittel

Cons:

Die Stadt ist sehr schmutzig geworden, Einkaufsstraße sind fasst keine Geschäfte mehr.

Pros:

Zwei Mitarbeiterinnen an der Rez. echt freundlich und hilfsbereich.

Cons:

Die Mitarbeiterin, die am Samstagmorgen und Sonntagmorgen an der Rez. Dienst hatte, ist im Servicebereich nach meiner Meinung keine Topbesetzung.
Bei meinem letzten Besuch funktionierte der Fernseher im ZImmer nicht und dieses Mail hatte ich während des gesamten Aufenthalt kein WLan im Zimmer.

Poor communication
Pros:

Good location, close to motorway

Cons:

Paid for superior room, but got given standard room instead. Reception had some issues with communication between staff, apparently. Never heard "Sorry for the inconvenience" or anything like it. Price never adjusted
