Silencieux.
Tres propre.
Personnel disponible et efficace pour resoudre les petits inevitables problemes.
Proche de l'avenue Clement et de ses restaurants et librairies, du jardin Kahn; 300m du metro 10.

Cons:

Restructuration recente inutile (mieux baisser les prix des chambres, les clients apprecient plus ...).
Serviettes changées meme quand on ne les laisse pas par terre ou dans la douche (comme suggeré dans un avis).
Mauvaise habitude de plier les premiers carrés de papier hygienique (moins de mains touchent, mieux c'est, non?).
Prix demesurés en absolu, mais bons par rapport aux competiteurs.

Pros:

Die Austattung, die Freundlichkeit des personals, die Lage und Ihre Ruhe. Es lohnt sich ein bisschen weiter weg von Paris zentrum zu wohnen und das end Station tram ist perfect.

Cons:

Frühstück ist ein bisschen teuer aber jeder seine sache: wir haben es bevorzeugt ein bisschen weiterweg in einem Bistrot oder Bäckerei zu gehen.

Cette hôtel est très sympa, propre, accueillant. Nous n’avons rien à dire sur ce séjour. C’était parfait. Le lieu est superbe rien à dire quartier correcte et métro au bout de la rue

Lovely staff, good placement if you want to be over that side of Paris.
Pros:

Staff we're extremely nice and helpful, and made you feel very welcome from as soon as we walked in.

Cons:

Beds are quite hard, and could have done with slightly thicker pillows.

C'est toujours aussi bien. Hôtel sympathique et confortable. Très bien situé sur la ligne 10 du métro qui dessert Paris centre et la gare d' Austerlitz. C'est calme, propre.... tout est parfait 👍
