Fantastic!
Pros:

Lovely hotel! Staff were so friendly and helpful, they couldn't do enough for us. The toiletries in the room were high quality, the room was huge and we had a great stay. We also had a drink in the bar and sat under the fairy lights in the garden, which was very pretty. A little out from the centre, but very close to the tram so not a problem.

Great location, but my room needed maintenance
Pros:

The location was close to a lot of nice places and fairly easy to reach. Check-in and check-out was very simple and fast. The hall is very pretty and the people there are very nice. Breakfast was ok.

Cons:

The restaurant was the only option to hang and relax. The toilet in my room got clogged. The room sheets were not very clean and smelled funny. I sneezed a lot. It was difficult to get good temp control in the room. I could hear the tv in the other room and the window was hitting something the whole night. I did not rest well.

Estuvo bien
Pros:

Estuvo bien lo podría recomendar el desayuno abundante, el personal muy amable, la ubicación excelente. La cama grande y cómoda.

Cons:

El parqueo super caro 45 euros la noche, si reservas sin desayuno y luego quieres el desayuno super caro 27 euros por persona.
Las luz de la habitación un poco pobre, y todas con el mismo interruptor.
