Il nostro secondo soggiorno in questo Hotel. Posizione ottima. Personale molto gentile e disponibile. Buona colazione. Ci è stata assegnata una junior suite al prezzo di una matrimoniale senza che la richiedessimo.. .. Mai successo prima e ringraziamo per questo bel trattamento.
Per il resto tutto molto bene. Ci torneremo.

Cons:

Unica nota: abbiamo lamentato al check in la trattenuta sulla carta di credito di € 200 a garanzia. Anche se viene sbloccata subito dopo il check out ci è parsa immotivata e penalizzante. Dopo tutto le camere vengono controllate ogni giorno, anche per eventuali danni.
È un peccato per l'hotel e dovrebbero eliminarla.

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt wenn auch für ein 5 Sterne Hotel ein wenig zu kaputt bzw unsauber. Trotzdem toll!

Fait le job, sans plus, dans un quartier agréable néanmoins.
Pros:

Hôtel confortable et plutôt calme, situé à une distance raisonnable du centre de Bruxelles , correctement desservi par les transports.
Quartier très agréable et très calme.

Cons:

Un peu vieillot et désuet...
Mauvaise insonorisation des portes : on entend les bruits et conversations du couloir comme si c'était dans la chambre...
(heureusement qu'il n'y en avait pas trop).
Ah! La balayette dans les WC, c'est démodé ou c'est un "oubli"??? Un peu de respect pour les personnes qui font le ménage!
Le prix du petit déjeuner est prohibitif...
