I took my husband for a treat , the views are beautiful .

Cons:

I took my husband for a treat for just one night . We often stay in Illetas & have walked past & thought it looked beautiful .it was expensive . Breakfast was slow & busy with lack of staff .

Ein toller Aufenthalt an einem wunderschönen Ort. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.
Pros:

Wir wurden sehr herzlich willkommen geheissen, obwohl wir schon um 07.00 Uhr morgens anreisten. Der Service am Check In ist hervorragend. Ganz besonders gefallen hat uns, dass Hunde willkommen sind. In diesem Hotel spürt man, dass es wirklich in Ordnung ist, den Hund dabei zu haben. - Das haben wir sehr geschätzt.
Die Ausstattung des Zimmers, die wunderbare Aussicht, die Privatsphäre, das umfangreiche Morgenbuffet und natürlich die geschmackvollen Aussenbereiche haben uns begeistert.

Cons:

Der Preis pro Hund, pro Nacht ist sehr stolz.

Luxurious hotel in great location let down by poor service
Pros:

Great location and facilities - beautiful views.

Cons:

Poor service - particularly at breakfast. Very long wait times for coffee/food. Good front of desk service.
No vanity sets/shower caps in bathroom.

Die Lage des Hotels ist ausgezeichnet!
Pros:

Sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet, mit mallorquinischer Spezialitätenecke. Sehr gutes Servicepersonal. Beim Frühstück gab es je nach Uhrzeit längere Wartezeiten, um den Platz zu bekommen. Hier könnte man zusätzliches Personal einsetzen, um die Gäste zu den Tischen zu begleiten.
Komfortables und grosszügiges Zimmer, schöner Balkon. Das Zimmer war in sehr gutem Zustand (neu renoviert?).
Sehr bequeme Betten, allerdings jeden Tag mit Bettdecken Chaos, da Bettbezug und Decke nicht fix verbunden sind. Das war unpraktisch.
Die Aussicht am „Strand“ (ist ja kein Sandstrand) war fantastisch!

Cons:

Das Abendessen im Riva war ok, könnte aber noch interessanter gewürzt werden. Beim Checkout am Ende des Aufenthalts waren falsche Restaurantbeträge auf der Abschlussrechnung (falscher Tisch), der Fehler wurde aber umgehend korrigiert.

Ein luxuriöser Hotel Aufenthalt mit direktem Meerzugang und sehr gutem Service.
Pros:

Die Lage, der Autoparkplatz, die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter, die Zimmer mit Sicht aufs Meer. Das gut gelöste Zimmer Problem durch den Rezeptionisten Borja (vielen Dank nochmals). Sehr gutes Frühstück auf toller Terrasse.

Cons:

Die Zimmer werden sehr spät gemacht.
Das Essen aus dem oberen Restaurant Riva entspricht nicht dem Niveau eines Leading Hotels.
