Great stay, will be back!
Pros:

The scent in the lobby is beautiful. The staff are kind are helpful and the facilities are great. The soft play staff are amazing and so were the snack bar staff in the theme park. The girls on the attractions were also very nice.

Cons:

I thought the evening entertainment was a little bit late but I know this is normal in Spain.

Pros:

Good for kids lovely kids club staff

Cons:

Floor was too high up for my child with disability did explain this but there wasn’t a room available even despite me emailing before arrival
This was really the only thing that let this hotel down
