The scent in the lobby is beautiful. The staff are kind are helpful and the facilities are great. The soft play staff are amazing and so were the snack bar staff in the theme park. The girls on the attractions were also very nice.
I thought the evening entertainment was a little bit late but I know this is normal in Spain.

The staff were amazing, the food wasn't bad but it wasn't great! The park was fun, the activities for children were varied.
Food was repetitive ( but I understand why) the hotel room was very basic, we paid a lot of money for a substandard room. Activities were difficult to find, queued in the wrong place several times as I didn't know where to go. The extra costs for golf and laser game were disappointing, we paid for this hotel thinking everything was included, but it wasn't. Certain other activities were an extra charge (Halloween games) they were fun but I spent an extra €30 that day on entertainment in the hotel. The organisation of the canteen could have been better, it was a bit chaotic at busy times.
