Pros:

Location food, adventure park reception and workers in restaurant, WiFi amazing ,pool rules very flexible so everyone could bring lilos

Cons:

Room to hot ,aircon really poor, entertainment really poor, especially team in the day ,looked like some kids from school that been put with some children, ,very unprofessional, especially for a hotel that caters for families what a miss

L’emplacement, le rapport qualité prix et le personnel agréable

Cons:

Trop trop bruyant, si vous cherchez à vous reposer ce n’est pas le bon endroit. On était au 9e étage et on entendait les fêtards hurler dans la rue jusqu’à 6h00 du matin 😰

Pros:

The content for the children is unbeatable. Katmandu house and Splash park iz beautiful and very entertaining.

Cons:

The hotel hallways have a slightly musty smell and the bed in our room creaked. There were double wooden doors between the two rooms, not the wall, which makes the soundproofing poor. I supose it is great for big family which requires more space so the rooms can be connected, but in our case it was bad because we heard a very loud family on the other side and couldn't sleep at night.

Also it would be great to have disposable slippers in the room and toilet brush.

Cons:

Åldersgränserna på parken. Inte ens i äldre ungdoms sällskap fick 10 och 11 åringen gå utan vuxen.

It was ok - we were glad we didn’t planned all our activities with kids adventures to look after our child for a few hou
Pros:

The room was spacious only we didn’t know that balcony would be very small that you can’t even get out being on the 8th floor.
Location was good as well.

Cons:

1. Noisy during the nights from the floor and side we were.
2. The sliding door at the balcony does not sealed well hence we could heard the noise.
3. If you are going with a toddler under 3, the hotel said they can look after them but they did not the week we were staying and there was no communication so that was disappointing.
4. The slides are for children over 5 years mainly so bear in mind if you are going with underaged kids. Our daughter played with the one slide only. Due to the kids adventures not being to look after our daughter as we planned, we had to do the activities in the park individually.
5. The entertainment in the evening are not the best.
7. Bring your towel as you have to pay €1 everytime you want to change it- those used at the pool.

It was really bed
Pros:

Only attraction for children

Cons:

Poor quality of bed .. cleaning was pathetic.. after cleaning .. cleaning staff must have left glass particle(we never used any glass or something, we were extra careful as we were staying with small kids)which pinched me in my feet, due to which i was bleeding.. when i told staff their reaction was very cold.
