My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing and distressing. Despite being advertised as “adults only,” there were underage guests who were intoxicated, using drugs, and behaving aggressively throughout the night. This disruptive behaviour continued until the early hours every night, and on one occasion, my hotel room door was damaged.

On 04/08/2025 at approximately 4:30am, I was physically assaulted by a hotel security guard after I complained about the ongoing disturbances. The guard was aggressive, non-bilingual, and failed to control the disorderly group—who were also harassing other guests.

To make matters worse, I was made to feel racially discriminated against, as I was the only Black solo female traveller, and I was treated with hostility and dismissiveness by multiple staff members including the concierge when I tried to raise a formal complaint. This was not the case with other non-Black guests. I felt unsafe, unsupported, and targeted during my stay.

Additionally, the hotel lacked basic advertised amenities such as a tea/coffee machine in the room, and there were no security cameras on guest floors—only in the lobby—which made the environment feel even less secure.

Overall, the hotel was not only severely overpriced for what was offered, but it also failed in terms of safety, inclusivity, and basic guest care. I would not recommend this property to solo travellers or anyone expecting a peaceful and secure stay.

Sehr unhygienisch: Haare und Dreck im Zimmer, schmutziger Kühlschrank, fleckige Stühle beim Essen voller Krümel, schmutziges Besteck, Teller und Becher beim Frühstück. Trotz Beschwerde keine Besserung. Müll am Pool, hellhörige Zimmer, oft laut. Von 12 Nächten konnten wir nur 2 durchschlafen. Für 4 Sterne enttäuschend – Preis-Leistung ungenügend.

I would not recommend this hotel as you cannot sleep during the night because throughout the whole night people are partying in the corridors running around screaming and even knocking on the doors for a joke. This goes on until around 5am some of them naked. The only thing that I can say good about this place is that the staff are friendly. Breakfast was good as it is the only time when you get peace and quiet in this hotel. The vibes in this place feels like you are staying in student accommodations not like a hotel.

Paznicul de seară slab , cel gras era mai drăguț , controlează de brățări doar pe cine nu îi convine lui,foarte rasist și nerespectuos. Curățenia începe prea devreme de la 8 și se face gălăgie. Mâncarea la mic dejun aceeiasi cat am stat noi 7 zile se schimba decât cârnații, și aia prosti. Aveți 4 stele în descriere dar defapt sunt doar 2 stele meritate. Foarte multe lucruri rupte, multe table,fiare ieșite din pământ la piscină în care te poți tăia. Finisări execrabile, parchet sărit la orice colț , mobilier umflat. Prețuri exagerate pentru așa hotel, în pozele de la descriere arătați doar ce credeți voi ca este frumos dar nu și defectele. Parcare cred ca nici nu exista , mereu ni sa spus ca este full desii in fiecare zii pleca din chiriași. Nu sunt camere la nici un etaj ,siguranță 0 daca intra cineva în cameră și te lasă fără bunuri. Păturile de câte o persoană foarte mici și nu erau fixe deloc cădeai între paturi. La piscină de la breeze se stă doar în stanga câteva șezlonguri ca renegații . Televizorul mergea doar pe reclama cu programul hotelului, probabil se cere bani pentru internet și youtube, seiful este pus degeaba acolo nu te întreabă nimeni sau nici măcar nu îți dă codul de acces, probabil și acolo se cer bani. 18 euro de persoană pentru cină și o aveți neschimabata cu săptămânile același meniu. etc. foarte multe …. Pentru 7 nopți 1500 de euro, după părerea mea mai mult de 800 nu merită cu indulgenta. Maxim 100 euro pe zi și asta ca este hotelul poziționat bine.

Кровать состоит из двух односпальных, они разьезжались. Диджея не было, мероприятий указанных в расписание тоже не проводили.

La propreté des chambres est vraiment à revoir, le sol était très sale durant l’intégralité du séjour.. de même je trouve dommage que le petit déjeuner soit uniquement entre 8-10h30 et pas plus tôt
