Pros:

Tatsächlich nichts außer die Lage

Cons:

Schlimmste Erfahrung den ich je gemacht habe , das ist kein Hotel , das ist eher ein Hostel (sogar im Hostel gibt es Regel die hier gar nicht gab )
Geschrei und Musik die ganze Nacht , Teenagers die ganze Nacht trinken und schreien (auch unter drogen).
Also wenn nicht 17 ist , kann ich nur abraten hier zu kommen.
Hotel Zustand und Sauberkeit sind katastrophal
Essen ist auch ganz schlimm (leftover werden jeden Tag von gestern wieder im buffet )

Per me è la seconda volta che soggiorno ci sono stati dei cambiamenti, ma ci simontrovati bene
Pros:

Colazione vasta , ce tutto quello che cerchi, io ho trovato buonissime le brioche, la frutta

Cons:

Sicuramente un po più di rispetto ,per chi vuole riposare ,troppi schiamazzi in ore più notturne

Comodo e cibo ottimo, ma poco pulito.
Pros:

Posizione ottima. Design delle camere molto bello. Colazione (sia dolce che salata) davvero squisita. La chiave della stanza era un bracciale magnetico: sicuramente originale e comodo. Per chi ama tenersi in forma ci sta pure la palestra.

Cons:

Sono arrivata che la stanza aveva il pavimento sporco e pure gli utensili (bicchieri, tazzine ecc..). Non mi hanno pulito la stanza per 3 giorni su 6.. ho chiesto più volte e solo il giorno prima della partenza hanno pulito.. ho chiesto il rimborso e non mi è stato dato. In più, l'aerea svago (con biliardino ecc) è stata chiusa 2 gg dopo il mio arrivo.

Séjour perturbé par des nuisances nocturnes et un manque de réactivité du personnel

Séjour extrêmement décevant.

Durant deux nuits consécutives, nous avons été confrontées à des nuisances sonores extrêmement importantes. Dans les chambres voisines, un groupe d'une dizaine de personnes a fait la fête jusqu'au petit matin avec de la musique à très fort volume, des cris et des allées et venues incessantes dans les couloirs.

La situation est devenue particulièrement inquiétante lorsque certaines personnes ont dégradé leur chambre, endommagé des portes et vomi dans les couloirs. Malgré plusieurs appels à la réception pendant la nuit pour signaler ces incidents et demander une intervention, nous n'avons obtenu aucune réponse.

Nous avions réservé trois chambres pour passer un séjour reposant et n'avons pratiquement pas dormi pendant deux nuits. Le seul geste commercial proposé a été de conserver une chambre jusqu'à 17h le jour du départ, ce qui ne compense pas les désagréments subis.

Très déçues par l'absence de réaction face à une situation aussi grave.
