Paula on reception was superb. She was professional, polite, accommodating and friendly throughout our stay.
Nothing was too much trouble and she made us feel very welcome and comfortable. We have been to Ibiza many times and the hotel was just lovely and had everything we wished for. The food is lovely, hotel very clean, tidy and modern.
We’ve booked to return next year in June and will be booking to go again in September.
Highly recommend this hotel.

Beautiful hotel, well located close by to the San Antonio center. It has a beach access.
Staff is polite and accommodating. Rooftop with the sunset was great.
Stayed in the loft sea view room, cozy and comfortable, we love the bathrobes they leave in this room.
Overall excellent experience.

Cool vibe, DJ in the afternoon. Lovely setting on the roof bar and 2 pools and right on the beach. Rooms were bright and clean.

My experience in innside Ibiza was very good would highly recommend staying in this hotel , receptionist Paula was very helpful

Excellent hote,l can't fault it at all ,clean modern good breakfast. Staff Excellent especially Paula at reception . It was perfect for our stay , close enough for the everything, but far enough if we just wanted to chill 😎 Loved the rooftop bar , pool and chilled dj tunes

We visited Ibiza as a group of girls for a friends 40th birthday celebration and it did not disappoint! The hotel was fabulous...fun, clean and on a lovely little beach! The rooftop pool/bar is stunning... DJ playing, good value cocktails, a perfect combination! The rooms are lovely...clean and comfortable and breakfast was really good (even offered bloody marys to sort the hangover out!) We were upgraded to a sea view room which was really great! Would definitely visit again!

Lovely hotel let down by blasé attitude of staff as well as sparseness of rooms….basics such as a kettle, slippers or a gown are ‘extras’.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel, and can confidently say we are thoroughly impressed. The property is exceptionally well-maintained and clean, with very little clutter. There are numerous cozy spots to relax, whether it’s by the pool, on the beach, or in the cool reception area.

Our room was immaculate, featuring a lovely, spacious bed, effective air conditioning, and tasteful interior design. There are ample drawers for storing clothes and shoes, and even the bathroom drawers are quite roomy. The hairdryer works wonderfully—definitely a plus, as many hotels provide subpar ones!

A nice-sized balcony (room 321) that offers a lovely view of the sea to the left. The hotel provides easy beach access and a relaxed atmosphere, complete with beach bars. There's also a convenient water taxi service from the beach that takes you to the opposite side of the bay for just 5 euros—a fantastic option!

Now, let’s talk about the staff: they are absolutely AMAZING. From the receptionists to housekeepers, maintenance crew, hospitality team, and kitchen staff, everyone is friendly, calm, and professional. They truly enhance the experience and make this hotel shine. Your hard work and dedication do not go unnoticed—thank you for being so wonderful!

As for the food, the breakfast service caters to all tastes, offering options for carnivores, pescatarians, Mediterranean lovers, vegetarians, vegans, and even indulgent treats. There’s a wide variety of beverages to choose from as well. Excellent work Chefs!

Lovely hotel, very clean, excellent room, great breakfast, fairly good location and most of the staff were lovely. The thing that let it down for me was the loud music and very drunk party people everywhere. I get it’s Ibiza, I expected liveliness but unfortunately it meant sleep was very disturbed. On the last day people open going drugs on the sunbed next to me. Such a shame it has the potential to be classy, but this ruined it

Although we didn’t stay at Innside Hotel we regularly visited the Breeza Beach Bar. What a beautiful beach, and a special mention to Jose the barman who looked after us so well! We will definitely be back and will stay at the Innside Hotel at our next visit to Sant Antonio! Thank you!

Firstly I thought it was adults only when I booked it’s not so that’s my fault but kids running around screaming jumping in pool not my scene and considering all the clubbers staying here don’t understand why it’s not adults only but it is what it us. My sea view loft was on the first floor so door had to be shut at all times! The food at breakfast has plenty of choice no doubt but mostly salads and vegetables and nonsense the bacon was seconds of being raw most days and the orange juice was worst I’ve tried so skipped breakfast a few days not worth getting up for. The TV in the room has bout 50 channels not 1 of these are English so in a 60% British clientele at least not even sky news to watch and no Netflix option on the TV so not impressed. The roof terrace had great view and good music playing so when your enjoying your PLASTIC cup of lager and cava in the evening it takes your mind of the price you’ve paid for all and at over £300 a night I’m sorry Meliá this isn’t good enough and as for the housekeeping we had the same bed sheets for 5 days and the waters was not replaced in the mini bar luckily the best thing about this place is the location so you can escape to get food and drinks easily minutes away and if you go out the back the hotel sunbeds are situated there at a cost of course for you to use lol

Excellent hotel with great facilities (rooftop bar, pool areas and food truck). Very clean and tidy all the time. However the noise level at night was not good. I understand people go there to party etc but there are also people using the hotel that are not. We were woken up multiple times every night by people talking, shouting and playing music very loud in the corridors and their rooms. There was also no tea or coffee making facilities in the room. Overall the room was good value for money though - free water and juices in the mini fridge replenished daily. I would recommend but worth bearing in mind about the kind of people visiting the hotel.

Beautiful hotel, right on the beach, snorkelling is great, breakfast is beautiful, we had a truly fantastic stay had a sea view room which was stunning. Paula on reception was always happy to help, a great team! X
